   I didn’t feel welcome at this store. I’m a very petite woman and seed is where I buy some of my basics. When I entered the shop, The woman in charge just looked at me and didn’t say anything. Her young assistant also did the same. She was just standing in the corner pretending to be busy. I like this season’s style and color scheme and was going to purchase a jumper, I wanted to approach the woman at the counter to ask for the smaller size but she just gave me that look again. I left and personally would not recommend shopping at this store because the customer service is terrible.

   So unfortunate that the customer service here is consistently nonexistent. I was ignored completely by not one but three staff members until I went to pay for something at the till. In addition two of the staff appeared to be gossiping about another staff member. Racks were a mess too.

   Worst customer service! I walked in the shop, was empty tried on a top had to walk around to find someone for assistance with my top wrapped around me, there was no assistance so I walked around to find another size once tried on I had to walk around the shop 3x to find someone to buy the top, I saw two young girls leaning over the clothes rack chatting I had to ask them if they worked there, and asked if I could buy the top, one of the girls looked like she just work up hair all messy food over the front of her top. I asked if they could find me a smaller size they said there was one in stock it took her 15min to find out stock level was wrong so I asked her if she could check to see if Milford had one in stock, it was showing up that they did I asked if they could ring just incase there stock level was wrong had to wait another 15min to be told that the Milford stock was incorrect aswel very bad experience won't be shopping here again!

   Customer service is really poor – I came in on a relatively quiet Sunday afternoon. There were two ladies working and I probably spent around 10 minutes looking around the shop, and was not acknowledged the entire time – there was no hello, no ‘do you need any help?’, not even a smile. They just completely ignored me while going around and rearranging displays etc. (it was about two hours from closing time so that wasn’t the issue). They were grumbling about a previous customer leaving tried-on clothes in the fitting room, too many kids coming through the store, and other such things. It felt like having customers in the store was an imposition to them… I ended up purchasing online instead as it was such a weird and unwelcoming vibe.

   Customer service is non existent here. Previous experience was so bad, it got escalated to a Regional Manager; however have been back in since then and still ignored upon entering. No follow up service when in fitting rooms and just all round general “I don’t want to be here” vibe.

   Yesterday I made phone call about an item to this shop over 10 times, the line was always busy. When I arrived at the shop, I told the staff that the line was always busy, she didn’t even bother to check the phone, didn’t say sorry. Her attitude made me feel so uncomfortable. What a waste of time and petrol!

   I bought a black knit top and it is pilling a lot, the salesperson just rolled it careless before I paid. She didn’t let me feel like she has any positive attitude of customer service. She’s very rush to finishing the service (the payment) and said “it happens like this but just an on sale item” okay...I don’t know what she means by this.... probably she’s in a bad mood.

   Unique store especialy with lines of kids clothing with reputable brands. Very friendly staff and environment made experiences all that more specials. Beautiful store with thoughtful layout and displays. Ample parking behind the building. Don't use the Hursmere Road as you will get stuck and it often takes at least 30mins to go from roundabout end to the traffic light at the other end.
