   The long-haired waitress who served me at the counter today was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. After I corrected my order, she rolled her eyes back at me incredibly obviously and visibly. English is my second language so I can trip up a lot when ordering, so to face this level of disrespect was genuinely appalling. There was no patience for me on her side, I understand that times are busy so I empathize with the stress these days but to take this out on the customers is simply disgusting. Incredibly disappointed.

   Had a quick coffee and a spinach & feta muffin — both were delicious! The service was friendly and efficient, and everything was clean and well presented. A lovely spot for a quick break with great atmosphere and excellent service.

   I stopped by the store to sit and have something, but the staff member at the counter responded to my greeting in an abrupt and impolite tone, repeatedly asking “for here or to take away” without acknowledgment. The store wasn’t busy at all, so the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. A bit of courtesy and friendliness would make a big difference.

   Unhygienic and overpriced! Went here for my boyfriend’s birthday, and spent ages waiting for a single bowl of chips and smoothie to come out despite the fact that very few people were coming on and everyone had been served bar two tables. $15.5 for the smallest unsalted bowl of chips. Had to buy a second lunch elsewhere - this was pathetic for the price. Our salt and pepper didn’t work as they were rusted through, went to another table to get salt and pepper and same issue and one of them had a hair inside! Our smoothie as shown looked great, we ordered a large only for it to taste like milk and water, no mango flavour at all! Was also overpriced. The outside area where we sat clearly needs some help as you can’t see outside the clear windbreak it’s so dirty and there seems to be rust everywhere. Will not be coming back.

   1st time here today as had become a vip member and also my birthday. . Paid for meal and after realizing, thinking it was more than I should have paid queried after our lunch and was pleased to receive a $ 9 refund. Thank you. PS cake was Devine.

   Food quality issue. Eggs are always raw.. but today they were cooked fully on the bottom and completely raw on the top. Obviously you guys put it no efforts I spent 70 on uber and you guys give me salmonella status eggs. You guys have always had the worst eggs (SIR BENEDICT) AKA COFFEECLUB

   A very bad experience. When my partner and I waited 40 minutes after ordering, I had to get up and go to the kitchen to ask if the food was ready and ask for a refund. The response I got was that it was cooking and needed another five minutes to finish. Ten minutes later I was disappointed to get a stick together of chips and a cold boiled egg.

   Admittedly, we sat down around 1.15pm having ordered a lunch for 3 of us. To wait more than 30 minutes, only to have the burger in the photo turn up for my son at the price of $26 was adding insult to injury. They have only a small kitchen with one cook, so if they can't cope with the volume within a reasonable time frame, maybe they should reduce their table numbers? Definitely profit over customer service.

   Went there 2 weeks ago for a afternoon snack, was really good, the place was quiet and staff was friendly. Good quality food aswell as their iced coffee is very good aswell. Had the Gluten-free Tacos with cheese, very tasty. Anytime again also nice sitting on the sheltered balcony. Cheers
