“I have recently received 3 months of follow up nursing care from Health Care New Lynn after having minor surgery in September. I cannot praise the team of nurses highly enough. They have been exceptional in their care and handling of my 2 and sometimes 3 per visits per week. The nurses were caring,careful and vigilant in the changes of the dressing. Big thanks to All the nurses”

“Manurewa health care team are amazing. I've been a patient their since they opened at the back of southmall 30+ years ago. My GP is the best, and has always looked after me and my children. I have at times sat in the waiting room for up to an hour, but I am patient, and know I will always get the best care. There are many GPS that do rush or don't listen. But my GP Dr T is absolutely amazing and is one in a million. A++++++”

“Have been at Ratanui over 15 years. My doctor is a hero - Dr. Joanna Lang. Dr. Sethi is also wonderful, as is Wendy, the receptionist. I haven’t experienced bad service here but only go to those two doctors. There are a lot of new ones, which is good - please be patient with them, some are very new, diabolically busy and stressed out! We should be glad they’re taking the load off of our old favorites.”

“That blonde lady receptionist was amazing. She saw me carrying my daughter in, she went out of her way and grabbed me a wheelchair before we started. Very polite, funny and service was brilliant. Wait time was fair because nurses and doctors took their time to see and they sent us to Starship which was they taken care of my child. Hats off to hardworking nurses and doctors. “Dr Esther Loh did a fantastic job of looking after my rather nervous and sick 3 year old at the viral clinic. I definitely recommend her. My child is recovering well post her care. I also highly recommended Dr Longworth for children. We have seen him at his previous clinic and followed to Silverdale Medical due to outstanding care. The receptionists were friendly and booking an appointment was far more pleasant than other clinics. The nurse who called to triage my daughter and decide how urgent she was and how soon a booking was to be made, was also wonderful. Overall a very great experience.”

“After seeing how extremely low the ratings were in other reviews, I want to express my gratitude once again to my GP, Kevin Park. I also want to thank Catherine, the head nurse, who did not overlook the issue I had with a nurse. She tried her best to understand from the patient’s perspective, listened carefully, and worked to ensure that such things would not happen again in the future. My GP, Kevin Park, listened carefully to my opinions and reflected them by changing my blood pressure medication. (A doctor who understands the patient’s pain → the best doctor^^) Even though the previous medication didn’t work, after he changed it, my blood pressure has remained normal for months. Just as reports say that symptoms improve faster when there is strong trust between a doctor and a patient, I believe having a good GP is truly important. In that sense, I am very grateful.”
