I was really pleased with Dr. Zaakiyah Rahmaan. She is very professional, understanding and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. She was very kind and sweet which made the experience reassuring. The advice and practical tips were helpful, I felt truly taken care of.

If I wanted a lecture, I’d go back to school. We went here for a checkup, but apparently that’s just code for “sit down and get judged.” Both appointments were basically therapy sessions I never signed up for — except instead of helping, the doctor just went on and on, making random comments The whole vibe was less “medical professional” and more “grumpy uncle who thinks kids these days are ruining society.” If you want actual healthcare instead of being talked at for half an hour, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else. Here you go: WARNING: THESE DOCTORS ARE PATHETIC LECTURERS, NOT HEALERS – GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT REAL CARE.

Seddon Medical Centre doesn't always get positive views, however I tend to prefer the experience myself. Every visit has been positive and the Receptionist does what they can to provide the service which is required. Everytime I am needed assistance and care, I find the wait time isn't too long (sometimes 2 days, sometimes 2 weeks, 1 week or even within the next couple of hours just depending how busy they can get). Today I met with DR Reddy who I had the utmost care and was provided with medication I needed. He was very respectful and taken my concern in my health into consideration instead of fibbing them off and I felt that he cared about every word I said. I will be seeing DR Reddy again as I felt that I was given such care. Thanks again Team Seddon Medical Centre.

This is a very busy medical centre.Despite this, all staff are professional and calm. There is often a delay of a week to 10 days to be seen for non urgent appointments. The staff are under tremendous pressure and do the best they can with the resources available. I appreciate what they do to serve our community.

The India ethnicity Doctor has his own private hospital and screening centre, he forces people to go there, and charges way more than other centre. Under the MOH of NZ these Doctors are just careless, and carefree, they know what ever happens it will get put under the carpet. Shameful, practitioners all around Nz. No value of life…..

I walked in to enquire about booking an appointment for my children whom has disabilities and needed medical certs for a government agency. The receptionist was rude and and misinterpreted my reason for wanting to book an appointment for my children and led to tell me that doctors won’t be able to help me with medical certs I require. And that they are booked out a week in advance, she was cold mannered bad customer service and seemed she didn’t want to help me, I signed up with another practice the same day. - she’s the forefront of the practice I expected much more from reception staff.

The receptionists are extremely rude! Every time I call to book I am met with hostility over the phone. They are not accomodating and treat you with such disrespect. I have also witnessed poor behaviour towards other patients in the clinic. It is not hard to be kind and respectful towards other people. I understand they are busy but that is no excuse. This clinic either needs more staff to help with work load, or a workshop for their existing staff in appropriate customer service. The existing staff are miserable and their behaviour is absolutely unacceptable.

Please have an answer machine to take patients calls, I have been trying to call several times past few days to cancel my appointment and no one picks up. Yes it says you’re experiencing a high volume of calls so what is the alternative? Email? Text? Do you not send text reminders? At least I can respond yes/no to the appointment. I’ve just joined so will be opting to look elsewhere for me and my family.
