   Very disappointing experience. The medical centre, including the GP and the reception staff, were extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed no care or understanding. I came in injured and suffering from concussion symptoms, yet the doctor dismissed my condition completely. He told me that if I was “standing on my feet,” then I was fit to work — which is unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the clinic feeling scared, ignored, and very disappointed. I was still clearly showing concussion symptoms, but no one took me seriously or offered proper support. The behaviour of both the doctor and the reception team was nasty, disrespectful, and far below basic medical standards. I would not recommend this medical center to anyone who needs genuine care or compassion

   Theres a white older lady at the reception who genuinely sucks at customer service. If you are the face of the clinic at least be welcoming instead of talking bluntly. I’ve called to book a consult over the phone and she said “unfortunately we aren’t taking anymore consults for the day” and then i called again and a different lady picked up and put me in the queue. All the other ladies are a ray of sunshine to deal with. This lady needs to learn how to greet patients with a smile and be helpful.

   Very disappointing experience. This is the fourth time I’ve visited this clinic after finishing work a bit late — I chose it specifically for convenience. Every time I arrive around 6 PM, I’m told the doctors have already left. If doctors leave by 6 PM, then the clinic shouldn’t advertise a 7 PM closing time. It’s unfair to make people rush through traffic only to find out they won’t be seen. Please update your timings to reflect actual availability

   Would rate 0 for your receptionist that worked on Saturday 29th July!!! White chick, brown hair, bushy brows. She's absolutely USELESS and rude! Thinks she knows everything stick to your job of answering calls and faxing papers!

   The white girl with brown hair that worked reception sat 29th July at about 1130am. Disgusting attitude! Thinks she's miss know it all doesn't listen to patients. She ended up being in the wrong. Find another job because you are useless behind a desk!

   The reception lady that worked today (saturday)is absolutely RUDE. She doesn't know how to do her job properly. She's so clueless. No common sense at all. I explained to her the situation of what needed doing and explained my son has Autism which the doctors here know that and she gave me attitude. So instead I called Dr Spence myself and explained to him what I needed and he said NO PROBLEM he can do that for me which is what I tried to tell that girl but she's too big headed to LISTEN and doesn't like the fact a patient is asking her to do something and instead of her owning her mistake and saying sorry she stayed quite!! She definitely shouldn't be working as a receptionist!

   NO!!! chasing up records for days that can come via technology within an hour is absolutely disgusting. No one leaving notes for next shift to follow up after I asked to make a note that we had called again. Phoned today and was asked where are the records coming from??? Ridiculous. 6 days later waiting so we can get important medications started. Families dependent on this help all on hold because of incompetence!!!

   All nurses are really friendly and communicate really well. Receptionist are also always friendly and helpful on the phone and face to face. Convenient that I can just walk in to see nurses(no appointment needed), and some procedures are funded and I didn’t need to pay! I didn’t have any luck with my previous GPs. Feel like finally I found a GP I feel comfy.
