   I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was only 7 minutes late because I couldn’t find parking, yet the receptionist was extremely rude and treated me like I had made a huge mistake. To make matters worse, they went ahead and canceled my appointment altogether. On top of that, it’s nearly impossible to reach them by phone, as they never seem to answer. Basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism were completely missing here. So dissappointed.

   Such a fall from grace and it's upsetting. Tim Wilkinson has been my GP from my birth until he retired last year. I've been going to this clinic for 38 years and can not believe how frigging horrible it turned in the last 6 months. The receptionist even said to me "go find another doctor"... So I did. I've registered with Highbrook Medical who appear to be lovely and I can actually get an appointment within a couple of days, they even have a waiting list for same day urgents. I feel sorry for Dr Wong... What a sad state to see the amazing efforts go to waste. Shame on you Tamaki Health you should be so disgraced with what you have done to this once amazing centre.

   This place is ridiculous. I rang multiple times before they even comsidered picking up the phone. When they finally did they booked me in for an appointment 4 weeks later. When I turned up for that appointment they txted me while I was in the car park that my appointment was canceled as the dr was not in that day. So I had to ring again to rebook. Then they made me wait another 3 weeks later. I wish we were still at Leabank health clinic. The reception were great there.

   I've read some of the bad reviews below and I'm convinced that people are getting this place mixed with other medical centres in Manurewa. I'm 27 now and have been coming here since I was a baby and so many other members of my family come here too and I now bring my own baby here as well. Dr Joshua Smith is the doctor we usually see now, he is young but very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and is always willing to do what he can to help. Consultations are priced fairly and the wait times aren't too long.. I'll never go anywhere else!

   Doctor Joshua Smith is an extremely helpful doctor with extensive knowledge who genuinely cares about your health. Doctor Wilkinson & Doctor Wong are also very helpful! The front staff are also very wonderful and helpful. Definitely recommend

   Excellent Dr's. Highly recommend Dr. Wilkinson, Dr. Wong and Dr. Smith. Was recommended to change here 6 years ago and have always had professional and caring experiences even during covid and having to have over the phone appointments for our children.

   Been coming here for about 5 years now and I refuse to go to any other GP. I take public transport and will travel from far away to come and see Dr Tim or Dr Josh as they really listen to you and do their best to help. Not all doctors are as friendly and helpful as Dr Tim and Dr Josh so I plan on keeping them as my doctors for a long time! Highly recommend.

   Manurewa health care team are amazing. I've been a patient their since they opened at the back of southmall 30+ years ago. My GP is the best, and has always looked after me and my children. I have at times sat in the waiting room for up to an hour, but I am patient, and know I will always get the best care. There are many GPS that do rush or don't listen. But my GP Dr T is absolutely amazing and is one in a million. A++++++
