receptionist needs a lesson in respect, being the first person you talk with in the business being that disappointing, you'd hope management etc would have a word with her. Will wait for her to be fired before going back.
Doctor and Nurse services really good, but reception customer service by lady extremely poor service, rude attitude and aggressive tone. Bearing with it for last 5 years
The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor! Does not have the patients best interest at heart. Went off because I couldn't remember exact dates for medical history - who does!? Talks down to me and sarcastic. Is it because I'm a woman? Not the best bedside manner, rude and uncaring. Should not be practicing medicine or call himself a doctor. Just horrible!!
Receptionist needs to be fired, really rude and doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Middle to Old aged Indian/Sri Lankan or whatever she is lady is really rude, been there 4 times and every time she’s been rude. Doctors and Nurses are lovely though.
I have looked at many of the reviews, most actually relate to the call centre and wait times nothing to do with the clinic. I have found the Dr to be good and helpful. Not a Rolls Royce service for sure but it is what it is. When requesting repeat meds the call centre often do not follow up, they promise that a Dr will call if there are any issues then crickets, nothing!
Dr Zahir is useless. Misdiagnosed on several occasions in the past. Not sure if it's arrogance or ignorance or both.
Morning all, Just letting everyone know, we arrived at Glendene doctors this morning and due to a shortage of doctors glendene will remain closed. They've suggested whitecross Lincoln road or Avondale, if it is an emergency please go to Waitakere hospital.
By far the worst Drs lve ever been to. Doctors are on holiday while people are needing medical assistance. No booked appointments no nothing
In all honesty the wait times are sht!! There's only 1 doctor, 1 nurse and 1 receptionist. This is why they accept walk ins mainly. On a good note, you will be seen same day. You'll just have to wait a long while. All round, nice staff but ridiculous wait times.
Absolutely crazy! Got here @ 3:30pm it’s now past 5pm and we still haven’t seen the doctor, it’s not even full! Since we got here the doctor has only seen 3 patients. Not sure if they are under staffed but I’m sure you can go anywhere else for faster care.
