   I’m really disappointed with the service. I was asked by the doctors to get my blood test done, and I went to the lab twice. Both times the lab informed me that no referral had been sent at all. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and two wasted trips. It’s frustrating because something as simple as sending a referral should not take this long or be overlooked. I really hope the clinic improves its communication and processes so patients don’t have to go through this.

   Very Bad Experience. I booked an appt online due to sore feet and toes, fast heart beat and vision issues. I attended the appt and was informed by reception that I needed to change my appt due to doctors not being available. I enquired as to why they never rung or left a message. They advised they did but I clearly received no message. I then said I'd need to check in with work to be able to arrange another appt. I went home and checked with work and then I booked another appt for another day which was available. Later in the day I received a phone call from the Receptionist and was told I need to book another appointment as I may need two 15 minute blocks instead of one. Again I booked another appt for a couple of days later. After finally getting an appt the Doctor didn't seem to care to much regarding my situation. He advised me that he wasn't going to give any medication for my situation. I was sent to the nurse to and she appeared to be distant and going through the motions. I was asked to go and get my blood tested. I advised the nurse and the doctor of the several issues I had. I received a missed call from the Doctors a few days later. I ran back and was told by the receptionist don't worry about the missed call the nurse has sorted it. I then received a phone call from a Doctor to say they are so sorry making apologies for the nurse and that they would need to keep a close eye on me. I then made another appointment to see the Doctor. Later in the day I received another call from the Doctor I originally saw and said my blood test results had the highest level regarding my medical situation that he had seen for a couple of years. I advised him I had all ready booked another appt. I had to wait a few days to attend due to work . When I arrived to this appointment I met with a different doctor and his 1st words were what are we seeing you for today???? I briefly explained to him that I was asked to come in by the other doctors. I then explained all of the above to him. He quickly looked at my record and just said Oh! I'll give you the medication that's listed on your record. Over $150 later and my feet have gotten worse. I don't usually write reviews but I feel strongly enough about how I was treated to let others know my experience

   I would rate 0 stars if possible. Dr Keshan Xie takes absolutely no interest in you what so ever. She is arrogant and patronizing. You also have to chase them up for updates regarding your lab results otherwise you don’t hear back. I had to call them to get my results, after 3 weeks of waiting, just to be told that the results came back 4 days after the tests were done. Why was I not notified? Why was my MedConnect not updated? They are absolutely useless and totally disorganized. Don’t waste your time and money, go to another practice where they value customers!

   Dr Liz Chesterfield is the best GP I've ever had. Listens and genuinely cares about her patients. Marcela the receptionist is always a smiling happy face to hear or see and the nurses are so nice. The 2 new doctors sound very good too

   Receptionist and nurse was extremely rude and unhelpful. Receptionist said the nurse would call me? Just called and he said “no record or notes on my file saying someone would call me back” then questioned an overdue bill which again, shouldn’t be questioned as that was not my query? Appalling service, super long waits to even see the doctors and very unhelpful service. 0/5 in my eyes.

   OMG paid for my nurse appointment straight after treatment and have had a text a week later asking me to pay it. How does this happen? This is only the second time I've been to this practice. There are many other doctors in the area. I might just move on.

   Shocking lack of communication on email. I’ve been sent the same invoice 3 times despite having already disclosed and sent a voucher provided by my workplace to pay for my injections. Multiple phone calls to multiple receptionists. I gave clear instruction and even had the invoices included. Still not responding to my email, running around in circles. Each receptionist seems to be living in a completely different timezone. Absolute frustration. $60 phone consultations is also quite concerning. Dr. Keishan is great, receptionists are friendly. But good lord this lack of email response let alone acknowledgement is not worth the hassle, stress or frustration. Quick to send the bill but neglect in other areas. Not acceptable whatsoever. Fix this please.

   The Doctors Birkenhead have given me the best medical care for over ten years! My husband, son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter (and another relative) also go to this medical practice and all have the same opinion as I do: professional, kind, caring doctors and nurses, as well as the receptionists. They all listen carefully, treat us with respect and discuss treatment options thoroughly. Dr Malcolm Lyons goes above and beyond to find the best solutions for my health issues and those of my husband. Dr Liz Chesterfield and Dr Keshan Xie have the same approach. Appointments are easy to get, waiting time is short. I thoroughly recommend this medical practice.
