ALWAYS fully booked and have to book a day in advance like I dont predict being sick/know when I need to take sick leave! Its ridiculous! Never pick up the phone etc urgh. Time to find a new doctor.
Today 28th Sep 2018 (1.56pm) i came with my dad for his appointment BUT the lady was on the counter reception huh my ghost she was very rude lady. You need to give a training to your staff. Sick ppl comes only at clinic so should be polite with them. Very disappointed
I don’t know why I have to even give one star ,as the receptionist doesn’t even have a zero star customer service skills , I just asked the reason why I have to more than 20 minuets after making an appointment. The way of replying was quite rude when I asked her to be polite she said she doesn’t want to talk like I was there for gossiping with her . I am in medical profession myself and looking at people like that pathetic , I think I will never work in this kind of work environment. Definitely will change to someone else who at least have minimal level of professionalism
I agree with Napinder- why ? Very unprofessional staff and clinic- surprised that they are even running. Rude lady at front and the doc could not even get her head around to assisting me- I guess that would be too much trouble. All Island Kiwi people and I did not like their standards at all. Will pass on them in the future. Spare me the stress...
