I went for an insurance. When I arrived a woman asked me with kindness. I waited a few minutes and the woman did my insurance was helpful and kind.

I renewed my NZ driver's licence this morning (Saturday, 6th December 2025) at the newly opened centre at Westfield Manukau. The service was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. On entering I was greeted by a lovely lady with a very nice personality who took my details, explained the waiting system which involves updates re queue time etc to your phone, then she showed me to a seating area. The wait was about 6 minutes before my number came up on the screen & at the same time I received a text. The lady who renewed my licence was very efficient, explained the process, she was really nice, it was a very enjoyable visit. When I was there I noticed there were plenty of staff available to deal with the clients.

Today I came to convert oversea driving license. My experience is wow they are very fast and good at customers services. Especially Ms.Margita, she is always smiling and give us excellent customer sevice. Thank you AA team.

I recently visited this licensing agent to renew my license, and I must say, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, there were no clear instructions on how to proceed with the forms. When I asked for guidance, the staff member who assisted me failed to mention that I needed to join a specific queue. Consequently, I wasted a significant amount of time in the wrong queue. After waiting for half an hour, I was informed at the counter that I needed to rejoin another queue. This lack of organization and poor communication led to an incredibly frustrating and inefficient experience. The service was, frankly, rubbish.

Horrible customer service, spent over 2 hours on Sunday waiting in a line for a 5 minute renewal of license. While the supervisor was really helpful trying to help customers in the queue the Asian girl serving at the counter was so slow and did not have much knowledge of how to do things also took three breaks in the 2 hours I was there while her colleagues all worked away. She did not have any consideration for people waiting in the queue for so long and was working away at such a slow pace. Finally when my turn arrived after 2 long hours of wait she gets up and walks away without any notice or replacement on the counter possibly for her lunch break which was over 30 mins. Why do such people get employed and put on counters on such busy days. If she is a trainee they should not be put on days and times that are peak hours. AA manukau needs to improve their customer services. Will never go there again.

Ridiculously slow service!! You literally have to take a whole day off work just to wait in line to be served. They also allow people to push in, especially if they're of the same ethnicity as the servers, nevermind the several line of people already waiting hours. Only 2 people serving and other staff sitting in their office grinning...guess they're the managers thinking they're providing great service whilst sitting there staring at customers waiting. If I could give zero stars I would - definitely not deserving of 1 star.

I went and passed my learners June 15 and yet I still havenβt received my license card because of some photo that I had to call about twice. You made me come and retake the photo a week after my temporary expired and now itβs a problem again?! Whatβs the purpose of our email if youβre not going to notify that thereβs a problem.

I give them 5 stars for their friendly customer service. I am going to convert my overseas driver's license. Although it took 2 hours, I was still very happy during the whole process. Every staff member is patient and friendly, especially one lady who is always smiling and professional. Let me relax by telling me how to change the language while taking the theory test. thanks again.
