“I have experienced some challenges with the customer service at this particular warehouse. I continue to shop here due to its convenient location. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“I came in looking for a product. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock however Kara was incredibly helpful and looked high and low for the product. She even checked in the stockroom to locate the item. Exceptional service.”

“Approxmetly 8.43pm 29/12/25. Such wonderful service this evening from Wendy. I went to queue and she dropped what she was doing to ask me to come to the desk so she could serve me. I had a bag of kettles and a 90L Sistema storage container. She asked me how my day was and if I had a busy Xmas. She was very easy to engage with after a long day at work. She discussed about the great price of the Sistema containers and may have mentioned that, at that price you could get two! It was indeed good value and her upsell almost made me buy another one. I will discuss with my wife this evening and may come back and buy another two. Keep this wonderful wahine on, she is very motivated and an asset to your store!”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. Thank you!”

“Wanted to leave a good review for the store manager Savanna, came in earlier in the week, querying some products for a hike that I’m going on next month with my whole family. She was able to give me an itemise list of all the things that I would need and let me know to give the store a call in the next couple of weeks to see if the items had gone on sale. I will for sure be back and thank her and the team for taking the time to explain everything that I might need and I will be purchasing all of the products through mountain warehouse.”

“Came across the Clearance Centre quite by chance. Went looking for a treadmill (our old one had finally died) and spent a good hour trying out the equipment and asking questions. Did not buy anything and must have appeared to be tire kickers! A few days later went back and bought the machine we were happy with after looking around. A good saving been clearance but has a full warranty. Also bought a Multi Gym (with the money we saved) at the same time. The staff had been great no pressure up to this point. Delivery was made on time and the items installed where we wanted them without fuss. While trying out the equipment by ourselves (we tested them before the guys left) we noticed the Multi Gym was not as smooth as we thought it should be. The manager (I think Steve) was called and he came around the next morning, found the issue and returned later the same day (at the time he said he would) and corrected the mistake. He then checked all the fittings and made a few tweaks. Great bunch of guys and highly recommended.”

“Yesterday when I was in store, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was greeted when I arrived and offered help but no one was pushy like in some shops. When I needed help (I think the ladies name was Bella) she was very efficient in finding what I needed and completely understood my want for gym leggings more firm and supportive. Ended up buying 2 different pairs. The staff in the changing room were also really helpful in finding the right sizes and arranging an alteration to 1 of the pair I purchased.”

“Great place for a shopping experience. Laid out well with no hindering isle stacks. Signage and ticketing is better with honest prices or discounts. The rewards card is alright in accumulated points but the basics like milk, bread, flour, eggs, sugar etc... should accumulate better points. Otherwise great teamwork.”
