I bought a Trimline TL3 from Elite Fitness in Ngauranga, Wellington just a few days ago. The person who served me - Max, was brilliant, he listened to my needs, was very professional and helped me load the machine into my vehicle as well. I just have had a very positive experience and would recommend Elite Fitness for their fitness needs.
We bought a treadmill last week and our experience with Elite Fitness was excellent. We had done some research online but getting to try them in-person was really helpful. They had a good range of floor stock so we were able to compare models across different price ranges. In particular, the customer service we received from Vaughan was one of the better sales experiences we've had. He was really knowledgable about the products and available when we had questions, but also gave us space to try things out and talk between ourselves. Thanks heaps!

I went to purchase an item at the store. The waiting time for receiving assistance was long. Customers who came in after me was also assisted before me. After receiving assistance, the item i purchased was not in stock at that particular store. I was told it will be ordered and delivered the next week. I just called the store a day before the scheduled delivery to confirm delivery day just to find out the item has not left the other store it was ordered from. This will now cause further delays in the waiting time and no communication before the time to let me know about the cause in delay. Im just abit dissapointed as i was really looking forward to receiving the item as i need it ASAP.
Would highly recommend purchasing from Elite Fitness. Brilliant service and with a fantastic range of equipment. Very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions to understand my needs. I would certainly buy from them again. Shout out to David who put up with all my questions with a smile at all times!

It’s nothing to do with the customer service but please make sure your drivers drive safely on the road. They might need to relearn their driving lessons. Check mirrors and look before change lanes. Almost got hit by your company car.
ZERO stars. Worst customer service we have ever received in our (long) lives for any product or purchase. As soon as you buy the machine, you can forget about hearing from Elite Service. Listed emails (local or country) on their website don’t seem monitored. You will literally wait years (yep, not kidding) & stil receive no response. No courtesy or acknowledgement whatsoever. We had to go physically to the only site in our region to find out about a service form online. Weeks have past, still nothing. WASTE OF OUR TIME. If you have a family, serious about getting fit, need the machine for your health and wellbeing, FORGET them.
Actually -5 stars. They do everything to avoid guarantee. Sent a company they did a job of 10 min and were just rude and make us feel guilty that the expensive treadmill we bought had a defect, treadmill still not working, but send a invoice over 194.00$. Got told the treadmill wasn't lubricated enough, another company I called denied that it was a fault of no lubrication. Scott Black from elite responded in an absolut rude and arrogant manner. Definitely won't recommend buying from them.
Had awesome experience with the team ay Elite Fitness in Wellington. Told them what I was after and they gave me the right product that suited me. They delivered to my house and set it up on the day and time they said they would. Then I had a couple of technical issues with the home gym that I brought and I rang the team at Elite and they sent their technician out a few days later to fix which he did. Customer service was awesome, delivery of and the actual product was awesome. Definitely going back for some extras soon. Awesome!!
