   Rude, aggressive, condescending, and did not know what he was doing. Didn't appear to enjoy the fact that a mere female knew more than him (as almost anybody would have). Time wasted and mucked around. This branch is the first and definitely the last unacceptable experience of “service” from Noel Leeming which has otherwise been very good at Christchurch branches. Save your money and go elsewhere.

   Unfortunately some of the staff have no product knowledge, I tried buying an expensive security camera but they couldn't tell me any of the features other than what is in the online description.

   Drove from Christchurch to Rangiora to collect an item already paid for. Was told at original store to just take the receipt with me for proof of purchase. Arrived at Rangiora and the customer service agent asked for photo id. Explained that I didn’t have any with me and that I had driven all the way from Christchurch. Said again that I needed Id and in such a tone that suggested he was annoyed with me. Told him I wasn’t told to bring id with me. I was able to answer all his security questions accurately. Kept repeating that I should have had id. Told him that customers should be informed of this and he said they always do … so now you are accusing me of lying? I would have taken photo id with me if the original store had said to. Very rude towards the end of the transaction. Gave me my item and said again that I should have had photo id. Ok! I get it! But if I wasn’t told then I don’t know. What should have been a quick, pop in and collect things, turned into a very unpleasant experience. Will likely just go to Harvey Norman next time

   I popped in for a type C to HDMI cable. The cables had been moved around, and so the one I chose was in the wrong spot. Anyway, cut a long story short, the staff there were very kind and help to sort out what had happened and cut me a deal. I thought this was wonderful customer service, and I really appreciated the assistance that I received. Thanks team!

   This store has a good selection of items however the staff knowledge of various products is terrible. When I asked questions about types of tvs the answers were incorrect rubbish. Disappointing really. It would have been better for the assistant to say he didn't know.

   Bought some earbuds on Saturday and was served by Zac. He was very knowledgeable, helpful & even enthusiastic when discussing them with us. Hard to find sometimes in the retail sector so will definitely look out for him next time we are in the store! Thanks Zac
