   Very annoying.!!! 3 times a year. Staff forgot to take off tag from products. Have to come again from west to east. Waste my time. Staff did say sorry. But too often happens. Very bad training system!!! No more back again.

   I’ve always loved Lulu and shopped there a lot, but the last pair of pants I bought caught a little on the open draw of my workstation (not a sharp edge/ wasn’t pulled hard) and ripped like they were paper, the fabric pills quite a lot too.. I’d totally expect this with old stuff that has been washed a lot but not new pants. All my older Lulu stuff has been amazing and lasts forever (I’ve caught my other pants on stuff and they never broke?) not sure if the new fabric just isn’t as good. They refused to repair or exchange.. I don’t think that was much to ask given how much I’ve spent there. Staff are great and it’s not their fault - But I buy there for the comfort/ durability of their stuff so I don’t think I’ll go back after this. I hate leaving bad reviews but as a long time customer I was pretty disappointed by this!

   Yesterday when I was in store, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was greeted when I arrived and offered help but no one was pushy like in some shops. When I needed help (I think the ladies name was Bella) she was very efficient in finding what I needed and completely understood my want for gym leggings more firm and supportive. Ended up buying 2 different pairs. The staff in the changing room were also really helpful in finding the right sizes and arranging an alteration to 1 of the pair I purchased.

   Love Lululemon, but they need staff that are actually half decent in dealing with the public. They are rude and make you feel guilty for asking for discount which has been rightly given through associations etc. They act like its coming from their own money and don't speak nicely at all!! Up ya game Lululemon and get some approachable Staff

   A tall employee was very unfriendly, I just asked her to help confirm the price, but she asked me to look at the price tag, but the price is not the price on the label, she made an unfriendly laugh, I will not go to this store again, unless this employee leaves, she is not qualified.

   The staff at Lululemon Christchurch clearly do not understand that without customers they don’t have a job. They seem to go out of their way to treat customers with condescension and hostility - I was not the only person to be treated this way whilst in store. I was given inaccurate information from the salesperson about one product and whilst asking about another she must have felt I was boring her as she walked away as though the conversation had ended. Not sure what the justification is for the staff to have such an air of superiority but it has lost you a customer. This interaction came as a result of my enquiring about purchasing products. I would hate to see how they would handle the situation if I had an issue with a product or an order

   I popped in store to return a pair of align tights that had ripped at the seams after less than 4 months. After being in contact with the kind online staff who advised this wasn’t acceptable and to head in store for an exchange or refund I did just that. The girl who served me had a horrible attitude. She made me feel uncomfortable about asking for a refund even with the emails. Her responses were super sharp and rude. She asked me lots of questions about caring for the tights which I understand but I studied fashion and know I’ve cared for them as they should be. She then told me about not walking in the tights as the friction of my legs have ripped the seam, which I find incredibly rude and funny considering these are tights you have to walk in them to get anywhere? I won’t be going into the store again!
