   I recently purchased a hoodie from the store, and after wearing it just once, I noticed that it produced an excessive amount of lint, stuck all over my shirt, making it very poor quality. I returned to the store to request an exchange intending to upgrade to a more expensive hoodie and spoke with the manager named Arie. Despite her acknowledging that she remembered our purchase and even finding the receipt in their system, she refused to process the exchange solely because I no longer had the tag. I had discarded the tag with the expectation that the product was of good quality and would be wearable without issue. What makes this situation more frustrating and very disappointing is that Arie mentioned faulty items can be returned without tags, but apparently, a clear issue with quality did not qualify. This reasoning is illogical and unfair, especially since we weren't asking for a refund but simply to exchange the hoodie for a better quality, higher priced one. This experience left us extremely frustrating and unacceptable not only with the quality of the product but also with the lack of flexibility and customer care from the store. We will not be returning to this branch in the future, and I feel strongly that this situation could and should have been handled much better. Actually, even one star feels too generous for the experience we had.

   Asked about womans air max 90s and was told by the girl there "we have a website" really ? Foot locker had a website. Then told by a super unfriendly fella just order online. Like broooooo you don't like customers coming into your store?

   Honestly shocked at the lack of service at this Footlocker. Went in Thursday evening before Black Friday, but sales had already started. Only one staff member present in a busy store. Took a good 10 minutes for sizes to be brought out. Multiple people waiting for be served. Then in walks another staff member with his dinner. There were no laces in any of the shoes. Boxes just handed over. Staff member couldn't look more disinterested and unwelcoming. Not normally one to leave these kind of reviews but needed to be noted.

   My shopping experience was a downer! I rocked up looking around and was told directly from the female shop service that I was only looking. Hmmmm... excuse me!!??? Anyways to cut a long story short, I acknowledged to the female shop service that it was good observations on her part that I was looking and I ended up spending $NZ180. Yep regardless of my purchase there was no "Welcome Shopper" vibe here for me. The palagi fulla at the counter wasn't too friendly either! Would I go back? Hell no! To treat spending customers from abroad in such a manner, this is certainly not the NZ shop for me!

   The lovely lady working today around lunchtime was very friendly and welcoming. We were just browsing around but she went that extra mile just to create conversation which then led to us gaining more knowledge on the different types of shoes we were looking out for. Exceptional customer service!
