   Approxmetly 8.43pm 29/12/25. Such wonderful service this evening from Wendy. I went to queue and she dropped what she was doing to ask me to come to the desk so she could serve me. I had a bag of kettles and a 90L Sistema storage container. She asked me how my day was and if I had a busy Xmas. She was very easy to engage with after a long day at work. She discussed about the great price of the Sistema containers and may have mentioned that, at that price you could get two! It was indeed good value and her upsell almost made me buy another one. I will discuss with my wife this evening and may come back and buy another two. Keep this wonderful wahine on, she is very motivated and an asset to your store!

   I had an unsettling experience in your store tonight. As a local, I shop at this Warehouse often, but this evening I was closely followed by your security guard for reasons unknown. I was simply looking at the Hot Wheels section because there was a multi buy deal. She repeatedly walked in and out of the aisles around me and stared at me in a hostile way each time she passed. It felt very uncomfortable and intimidating. When I headed to the checkouts she followed again, then returned to her desk. I can assure you I was not planning on stealing three dollar cars from the Warehouse. Might be worth reminding her that she is a security guard at the Warehouse, not a police officer.

   Dude, the staff at this store are so rude! They don't even say hi. And the product quality is a mess. There's no after-sales service either. That trimmer can't even cut through the branches of a small lemon tree. And they won't handle the after-sales just 'cause it can't be recycled for sale. Then why didn't they tell the customers that when they were buying it?

   You guys seriously need to re organise your grocery/food section. Can never find what I need besides milk and bread so then I have to waste more of my free time to go over to pak n save.

   Staff are friendly enough but store is not well managed, has low stock a lot of the times. Also bought 3 of the same product and all 3 were faulty. Not the first time, never have this issue at the Riccarton store. Potentially stock being badly handled resulting in high rate of faulty products. Staff allowed exchange.

   Great place to get s bargain. Lots of space in the carpark and quiet to browse(if you go at off peak hours). They have something for the whole family. Clothes for everyone which fashion accessories, Furniture and appliances, Sports and toys, Outdoor and gardern, Home and living items, Electronic, gaming and TV, Books and stationery, Party sbd crafts, And lately they have many groceries at a big bargain. I would recommend for everyone who like a good bargain to go there.

   Ordered online and the order was incorrect. A customer service representative emailed me and offered to send through the product that had been missed. Only problem was i dont go to this store often so it sat there for a bit. A guy rang me and was really rude. He spoke over me. I ended up telling them to refund me which they could have just done in the first place. Or they could have posted it out considering it was their stuff up and I had already driven into the store to collect my order.
