Jack and Brendon were super helpful and took the time to make sure I chose the right setup for me, not just what they wanted to sell. They were easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

   Overall good service, one star off as we paid $55 more in store than advertised for online for the proforma TL carbon. Great staff and knowledge otherwise, a little lacking on communication for delivery time. But on this occasion we were home early so not a massive big deal on that one. However we definately recommend and pay to check pricing in store against website, I normally do but not this time lol.

   I bought a Pro-Form Ellipitical machine from these guys. All the guys I dealt with were down to earth and not like regular sales people. They know and use the equipment so were able to answer all my questions with ease. The machine I bought is excellent. Solid and made in the USA. I very much recommend the machine I bought and this place to buy it.

   Worst customer experience I've ever had. We put in a Nordic Trak Treadmill to be repaired in early March Didn't hear anything for 3-weeks and after chasing-up had a reply saying sorry technician has been off with COVID and here's the price to repair - we thought fair enough and then confirmed we'd like the repair to take place. Then after not hearing anything for a month and some further chasing we received another e-mail saying sorry we have only just ordered the parts as the technician has been off with COVID - which given the first e-mail is obviously a lie. After waiting another month we had an e-mail yesterday saying it was ready to pick up and please pay - so we paid on-line and sent an e-mail saying we were going to pick up Saturday morning is this OK - unsurprisingly we had no reply. We went in this morning and, provided proof that we had paid but the sales assistant wouldn't let me pick up the treadmill unless he could take a photo on his personal phone of my bank details - I obviously refused. All very unprofessional and will never buy anything from elite fitness ever again.

   My husband bought me a number of kettle bells from Elite at Xmas. One set of kettle bell 4kg was too light and wouldn't get used so I thought I would take them back and pay and upgrade to the heaviest weight. As soon as I started talking to the staff member in there the body language was cold as I wanted to return an item BUT spend more money on another set. What I didn't realise is the kettle bell had a couple of small newspaper marks on them and the store guy said we can't give you full price. The newspaper was from my husband protecting them when he travelled with them home. The marks came off. With the attitude of the staff member I decided not to do the upgrade as he was so rude and I didn't want to spend money in that store. What he didn't know is between my family we have spent $18k in his store and needed more equipment in the next few months. There needs to be more competition in the local market. Will buy from North Island now

   Took 2 days from Ordering to confirm my order & then told me it was awaiting payment when it had been paid via Credit card on the web ordering service. Update - issue was resolved and all good, still bad response time on my order, have moved from 1 star to 3
