   Awful place. Their website says products are in stock at the Takanini Warehouse. At the store the same products are not in stock. This keeps happening again and again. No one ever answers the phone. Parking is awful. Customer toilets are broken all the time. I avoid this place whenever I possibly can. Now the Warehouse Takanini has one of those gambling machines for kids with plushies. As if it wasn't awful enough already.

   Went to Takanini warehouse today 07/25. Couldn’t find this water table anywhere so I went front desk and asked. Staff was super helpful a guy and a young girl I didn’t get her name, she helped locate and even grabbed out a ladder to get it for me! Super grateful!! Thank you!!

   In stock item, drove from Pukekohe to get it. None on shelf. Walked round entire store to find someone who worked there, to be told they can't check the back because it's blocked off, I can come back tomorrow or do a click and collect. Is that really good enough? Customer service disappeared for 10 mins to show us a photo of a container they 'think' it's in. Ended up buying a different item for $200 more. Do better. The reviews speak for themselves.

   Had the best customer service experience ever in the store. Specially sharing my experience with the Indian one. She was really nice, helpful and kind. She knew how to handle my situation. Not only this, I stayed a while and saw her helping out others too in a similar fashion. God bless her soul. We do need more of such people.

   I went to the customer service desk to get a refund but they were unwilling to help as it was a warehouse stationery product. I worked for the warehouse for 5 years, I only left the company a few months ago. I personally worked in customer service and know that they could do it there. But as soon as I mentioned it was a WS product the staff member feigned ignorance and wanted me to go to the copy centre.There were 3 warehouse team members standing around chatting but they chose to send me to the copy centre to wait in a line of 9 people. If they don't know how to do it, that's OK, let's get then some training and upskill the staff for a better customer experience. However it appears to be an attitude issue, not training. I let them know I worked customer service and could show them how to do it but I guess they just wanted to get rid of me and continue thier conversation. Really disappointed.

   I just don't know why they don't stock hot wheels as much as they use to and one lady stocking them up makes me feel not welcome. I spent a lot of money in the past several months here but now everytime I come there's no stock.

   Closed the door at 9:50pm but operating hours finishes 10:00pm. Just need 1 thing to garb it and go but closed the gates 10pm means customer can enter the store at 9:59pm legally but after covid they are exploiting customers in all aspects.

   Definitely one of the better stores, and being a newer store it has a nice spacious fit out with a modern feel. I had a small issue with an item not being there that had been showing as ‘in stock’ but the staff I dealt with were really helpful and apologetic. Thanks team!    Handy location large range, but is really unorganized. Scattered clothing, hard to find sizes etc, probably they could use more Staff to organize them. Staff are helpful though short in numbers. Due being unorganized store, no matter how much you verify stock before visiting store, you can't find what you looked online
