   Kyle and Bree were fantastic! Both very knowledgeable regarding camping equipment. Both staff members made us feel welcome and took the time to understand our needs. They both went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect products. Not only was their knowledge impressive, but they were also incredibly patient in answering all of our questions and offering helpful recommendations without any pressure. They even took the time to walk us through setup instructions for our newly purchased goods ensuring we were completely comfortable before leaving the store. We left feeling confident and satisfied with our purchases, thanks to the fantastic customer service. We’ll definitely be recommending T7 to friends and family!    I ordered the hoody and was receiving at Torpedo7 Mt Wellington, so when I got and checked it, had a bit mark in front of the hoody chest and then the seller checked the stock and lucky me there have and was changed for me, thanks for good service. The shop is clean and tidy, good parking.

   I bought a TYR Women's Madison 2 in 1 Tank Top - Black at $109.99 today at the Sylvia Park mall. The item was lumped together in the swimwear section with other sale discounts items. We found out at the checkout that there is no sale discounts for this particular item. It is TOTALLY MISLEADING and DISHONEST that a non-sale/discount item is mixed in amongst the items on sale . How many other such non sale items are amongst the sale items ? Pretty sure many customers have been caught out by this. Very disappointed with this !!

   I purchased a Ski trainer Retailed at $1499 I got a good discount on it dealing with Shahill and Hunter this was the best they could do at the time. I was overall happy. Five days later I found that the Ski trainer went on even more of a discount. I contacted Torpedo7 to discus the price.The following day Shahill called me and managed to deescalate the situation of the unexpected price drop and turn a negative into a positive by not only matching the price but also dropping the freight on a oversized item. Shahill handled this situation with genuine care, strong leadership, honour and integrity. I left the store very happy and definitely be going back. I would highly recommend Torpedo7 for the best quality fitness machines at good prices but most of all the service was outstanding.

   Good products choice and generally friendly staffs, but when you buy something and is a pile of labels on top of each other increasing the price from $12 to $24 then they advertise it as a promotion offer ($22), I'm very doubtful on how this store set the prices and respects the customers. Obviously the doubling in price was not that old as the product was still there but 3 tags on top of each others is laughable and disrespectful... not too sure I'll go back there to be honest. Doubling the price and advertising it as an offer is not acceptable.

   I purchased the Kiwi Camping Falcon 6 tent in August of last year for specific use this new years. When I opened the tent for the first time, I saw that it had been used. There were cuts in the walls and ceiling as well as the floor. There was hair, dust, sand and a ciggie butt. I called customer service as soon as I got back to Auckland and I was told to email the photos to their refunds team. Their refunds team told me I had to bring the tent in.they have taken zero responsibility for sending me a used tent. Will never purchase from them again. I have attached photos so that other buyers beware. Check your products as soon as you get them because they might be completely wrecked.

   Big sized store with plenty of range and choice. It has been changed around a fair bit since I was last in. Really like the bike workshop facility as well as the selection of brands. Icebreaker clothing is well laid out and easy to shop. Ambience was good in store and got approached 3 times while in store which was great considering the size and the fact i was in their for 30 minutes.
