Customer Centric level - None. If the store is busy they won't do refunds, or exchange! Both store manager, and staff denied an exchange. Told us to come back another day! Go next-door to Hype or Platypus instead
Happy to take your money! Veeeery poor customer service, the girl at the till who wasnt serving anyone says its to busy to do an exchange, come back another day.
Staff had little to no care about servicing customers and would rather socialise with each other and leave the customers waiting for 15 minutes. Shop wasn’t even busy. Wouldn’t recommend.
Very bad customer service at the footlocker queensgate mall. The lady was not helpful at all.
Don't know what's the go with staff here , supposedly opens at 10am and now 10.30am and still no show from any staff, this place needs better management, straight up joke
I was sent on a wild goosechase for my sister after Footlocker either failed to answer their phone or have the ability to check inventory. Arriving at Footlocker Lower Hutt. My expectations weren't overly compelling with stock overflowing and people hanging around, seemingly unattended too. I would soon discover that the staff who were on, were indeed helping others and I merely caught them at a busy time. I was then greeted with Zane, who despite their best efforts, failed to locate me the shoes in their particular store. However, they were only confident in doing anything possible to help me after my ambiguous hunting had already prolonged. While Zane was unable to provide me with an immediate result. They did everything they could to at least securing me a solid lead at another one of their stores. Placing the order aside and just generally being very welcoming and helpful. I hope this review finds him well, if not some form of recognition for their efforts. Thank you so much, Zane. Whether you know it or not. You've truly made my nephews birthday ✌️✌️ For what its worth, my entire rating has been uplifted purely by this man's actions
Lewis and Amon helped me to find the shoe I wanted in the right size, and were very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process! I was also impressed at the efficiency at which this was done with such great customer service.
