   Wanted to leave a good review for the store manager Savanna, came in earlier in the week, querying some products for a hike that I’m going on next month with my whole family. She was able to give me an itemise list of all the things that I would need and let me know to give the store a call in the next couple of weeks to see if the items had gone on sale. I will for sure be back and thank her and the team for taking the time to explain everything that I might need and I will be purchasing all of the products through mountain warehouse.

   I love the products at this store and usually always purchase items from here! However, the customer service is incredibly difficult and have changed my mind about purchasing from here ever again. It was made unavailable only to me that I was unable to purchase an item. I highly do not recommend Manukau Mountain Warehouse specifically, because the staff treat customers unfairly and are mostly unhelpful when it comes to purchases. I absolutely love items at the store here, however recent experiences with staff have made it so difficult to try and get items I need for a camp coming up for myself and my family.

   I had an excellent experience at Mountain Warehouse Manukau. The store was well-organized and had a great range of quality outdoor gear at reasonable prices. What really made my visit stand out was the outstanding customer service. Aman, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, making the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine and attentive service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for outdoor equipment and clothing.

   Lost track of how many Mountain Warehouse jackets me and hubs own. Totally love them so comfy and cheap comparison with overly priced Kathmandu. Always purchase online, just been to Manukau outlet once and loved the spacious store layout.

   Walked around the store for at least 10-15 mins and wasn’t served, super interested in a pair of shoes I went to the counter myself and asked some questions and ended up purchasing as the staff member had limited knowledge… it seems service doesn’t exist in the service industry anymore
