   Visited today (Tuesday) around 2:00 pm. The cashier Sena was rude and unprofessional. No greeting, no assistance. She was laughing and chatting loudly with her teammates, but showed a completely different, careless attitude towards us — clearly giving the impression of “I don’t care about you.” Because of this behaviour, I did not even feel like buying the shoes. Still, we went ahead and spent almost $300 and remained polite. Very disappointing, especially compared to the great service we’ve always received at Footlocker Auckland stores. I will think many times before shopping here again. ⭐️ 1/5 – for products only

   I purchased a pair of shoes from Foot Locker NZ and only one shoe was delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was told to return the item and purchase again instead of being provided with a proper replacement. I ordered the same shoes again because I still wanted the product and it showed as available online, which customer support also confirmed. However, after a few days I received an email saying that the size was actually not available. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience

   Drove from Rotorua to Hamilton as online it said there was one pair of shoes in stock in the size we needed, all other close shops were sold out in this size.. and for sale of $119... Once in the shop we were advised that the shoes were 170 and you were not able to "price match" your own price you had online. No where did it state this sale was online only. We have then had to order these shoes online and pay shipping for these shoes which have then had a card placed in them saying they were packed by the Hamilton branch... the exact shoes we tried to buy in store. Absolute Joke! Waste of time, petrol and extra money for postage... highly disappointed

   I loved my experience here!! Customer service was great. I had Kayne and his manager helping me and my partner out with some shoes. Not a single complaint to be made. Store was clean and well organised. Super friendly staff and they made sure we were happy with our picks and were rlly patient. Thanks guys!!

   Store is very nice and tidy. Ample car parking spaces underneath or outside on street level. It's right at the centre of Te Awa, closer to food court. Very friendly staff both over the phone and in store as I had to ring up to check stock availability then went into the store. They could have more stocks in store to avoid customer disappointments. They didn't have what I want but I ended up purchasing a different pair of shoes and still am very happy with it. The store is nice and tidy. Very nice to have staff to bring shoes to you for you to try on. Better shopping experiences than say at Rebel Sports where you are left to your own device and most the times you can't find the items you are after (at Rebel sports) and very messy inside the store. Foot locker also has more varieties and newer if not the latest models of shoes to choose from. Great values too when on specials. Say $99 on sale instead of $220 plus RRP for a pair of basketball shoes. Staff in store were not pushy and will not rush you, they leave the decision for customers to make. Courtney was also very helpful during my shop. Highly recommend for others to visit. I will definitely go back there again when the sale is on.

   Well setup, tidy and presentable. Very professional young staff member assisted us while were browsing and she gave my grand-daughter great advice on the brand of shoes that maybe suitable for her. She also asked my Grand daughter what colour, size and style of shoe she was interested in. I was very impressed with her service.

   Nrought a pair of tns from these guys worn 3 times and the whole front toe came unglued but because i had actually had them since christmas they would not look at them..it is not foortlocker but nike that i am blaming but prewarning make sure you check shoes arr solid $280 for shoes worn 3 tumes is a joke..

   Bought a pair of SE nikes and were just left in the footlocker warehouse, i couod see as I had a tracking number requested an update as to why it hadn't left and was blatantly ignored 1 day later requested again and was given a rude copy and paste email bout shipping. I was told or would take 3 to 5 business day to get to me so I waited until day 4 before asking again as to why it was still in the footlocker warehouse. I was told this would be investigated and now it's moving, telling me my package was just neglected. Not good service. Not good customer service.

   All the staff was friendly but one person definitely stood out, special thanks to the bro Corban who had awesome customer service skills, and was really attentive, polite and understanding, helped me pick the shoe i wanted and made footlocker an awesome experience, i will definitely be returning :) 5 Stars all the way
