“I must give a huge shout out for Ali. She is a kind understanding patient and highly skilled pharmacy assistant. Her years of experience show through her excellent suggestions. She never pushes a sale or a price range. She would rather you try a sample and come back to her if you are unsure. She was so helpful the other day i left with my samples which were the perfect colour i felt so happy after months of buying other products from other stores which were wrong. A huge waste of money. The shop is stocked well a good range of products for all requirements. At the rear is an excellent pharmacy dispensery with kind helpful staff. Parking sometimes full . Best earlier in day . Posistioned well in victoria street.”

“I have been with this Surgery for over 30 years and i have passed through many good Doctors over these years. I recently had an operation ten days prior and i was concerned about a possible infection at the wound site. Unfortunately I could not access the sight visually, tried to see a Doctor on the day my Doctor was away and no free appointments. I was given a callback by a Nurse, whom agreed to check me out. What true professional very through and gentle, inspecting my 1960s rectum. I was so embarrassed !...she said it OK I am a nurse and carried on. “I went in to see Dr. William Vaatstra tonight after I ripped my helix piercing, and honestly, he was amazing. Super calm, really easy to talk to, and just made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. He explained everything clearly and handled it all with so much care and skill. What I appreciated most was how down-to-earth he was. He didn’t rush anything, did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable, and just had a really genuine way of dealing with people, he is an absolute credit to his profession & made a terrible experience a pleasant one. “I’ve tried out a few doctors around Christchurch and have found The Christchurch Doctors the easiest to deal with. Dr Diarmuid White is fantastic and I would/have recommend him to friends. I especially appreciate this clinics opening hours, as a teacher I find it hard to find appointments that work around my schedule and work hours, this has not been an issue since moving to this clinic. It is $65 for a visit, which feels expensive but, in saying that, I’ve never left unhappy!”

“We had the most wonderful experience today at the clinic. Despite not being able to make contact via the phone at the start, I was called back and had an appointment made promptly. Not only that, but when we arrived we were appointed Dentist Rehutai, who recognised that we spoke Te Reo Māori and adapted to speak to my children and I in Te Reo. It was a truly calming and inviting experience. Our whānau feel very fortunate to have our local children's dentist acknowledge our tuakiritanga and also it left us feeling empowered and inspired by our wāhine Māori who are healthcare providers as they create a space that is safe for us to be Māori and that our needs are met. “Went today Mondsy 23. Fir a MRI. Was extremely nervous as I m extremely claustrophobic. We convinced that even with anxiety pills I would no be able to go through with it. But was talked through it .advised that my fears were not unusual. And my feeling ashamed was ok, but not necessary. Any way thanks to all job done, and whats great is that so much anxiety seems to have gone. This 77 yr old feels like I'm a lot stronger mind wise, can't thank you enough. Richard Dahlberg.”

I am a 40 year old first time mother and it was important to have a care provider like her that has 30years experience and both a medical approach as well as a respect for the knowledge and experience-based style care that comes from midwives. This may be unique to my situation but I appreciated having scans, blood tests, and hard data to rely on as well as advice and wisdom from experienced mamas to help me make the right decisions for me and my baby. With Dr. Rosevear’s care I had an uncomplicated vaginal birth of a healthy 7lb baby boy and was on my feet and feeling really good almost immediately. She is unwavering in her goal of ensuring a successful birth. Along the way of my prenatal care she was honest and clear about the statistics, approaches, and interventions used in some births and potential outcomes –she didn’t sugarcoat things– and was always respectful of me and my partners endless questions and had no problem when we declined any interventions or elements of care that didn’t feel right for us. I am so thankful to have had her care for me and my sweet baby boy.”
