She was extremely accommodating, warm, and so patient in answering all my questions, especially when the lipstick shade I originally wanted was out of stock. Instead, she suggested I try the YSL Lip Oil Plumper, and I’m honestly so happy with my purchase. Sherlyn has a smiling face and is genuinely great at recommending and upselling products in a way that feels helpful, not pushy. Exceptional service! Highly recommended. ☺️”

“My experience with Eastmed Doctors stretches over many years and I can highly recommend this practice. Louise de Candole, our GP, is excellent, caring, professional and thorough. I feel fortunate to have her as our GP. Lesley McLeod, her nurse is very experienced, caring and incredibly helpful. I have never had any issues with the reception staff, who are sometimes very busy, as are all the staff in the practice. This is how it is in our post-Covid world, where there is a shortage of medical professionals, across all areas of the health sector). I have always found that if you treat people with respect and the way you would expect to be treated, you will receive the same type of response in return.”

People are often coming into Pacific Radiology to have imaging for potentially serious conditions/diseases. While I waited for my appointment, I noticed Jenny gently, kindly and professionally greeting and attending to people as they came and went. She went well out of her way to say some uplifting words in a very genuine way, to all her clients.
