All the team are amazing to deal with so friendly and patient. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good family doctors. It is so easy to get appointments with recently myself needing an appointment urgently and I was booked in within 2 hours of calling. It is so affordable $10 for the doctor $5 for the nurse. “Every experience I have had at The Crossing Pharmacy and in all dealings with the staff that work there (the staff I have personally spoken to are Leah, Cynthia & Tash), has been absolutely fantastic! They are not only knowledgeable and helpful (which can be rare at other Pharmacy’s) but they show genuine care and kindness while doing it. No question is a stupid question and they are more than willing to take time to explain things in a way that’s clear and concise. If you want a friendly atmosphere where they go out of their way to help you and you can see they enjoy doing so, then this is the place to go!! I highly rate this Pharmacy! “I've lived in the Shore for years and this was my first visit to this beautiful place. We went for a reiki traditional Maori healing mirimiri, the koha is $20 and well worth it, my husband and 4yr old son also participated. It was easy to find, lots of parking and we will be returning to try their vegetarian dishes in the cafe :)”

“Just been to Lumino The Dentists in Pukekohe for my first ever filling at 38 years old. Until I was 27 I saw a dentist at least once a year. Then I had kids and doing things like the dentist dropped off the list of things to do. If I had continued to see a dentist regularly, I likely would not need this filling, so back to annual dentist visits and biannual visits with the hygienist. However, the positive today is I had an absolute amazing experience with Gurleen and Shirley. They were knowledgeable, kind, kept me informed of what was happening, plus I got a forehead massage and absolutely no pain during the procedure. While the wonderful Gail kept an eye out on my kids as they watched a movie. When I heard my youngest cry, Shirley dashed out to check on her and kept me updated on the kids. Plus hygienist Stephanine was amazing earlier this month too. So this is your reminder to a) priorities yourself you are important and/or b) book your dentist appointment as your regular health care. Dentist are not just for emergency care. Which means I highly recommend Lumino the Dentist in Pukekohe!”

“I think it's fair to say that the transition to the new owners was a little wobbly and exacerbated by the nationwide shortage of GPs but my experience in the past year has been great. I understand the system now and am comfortable with the phone consults for routine health matters and get appointments in person with any complex or pressing matters. I feel well looked after from a health perspective.”

“I'm a relatively new patient here and so far every experience has been a breath of fresh air. My doctor is so unbelievably kind and empathetic, the receptionists are straight to the point which I appreciate and the facility is clean and tidy with excellent parking. I have had so many horrid doctors in the past who have brushed off serious concerns and left me at a point where I don't even bother going to see a doc when I'm sick because what's the point, they don't help. Now I feel listened to and validated in my concerns. This probably won't be seen by my doctor, but she has saved my mental well being and actual gives a damn about my physical well being too. “Once they know you, their service is awesome. I recommend them to people because they are affordable and good service. You can walk in at 4 any day of the week u are unwell but waiting times can be longer depending on how many people. otherwise booking times can be available anytime to any doctor once you are fully registered. If you are a new patient they will need to fully know you before they can let you come visit them like other health clinics. Otherwise staff are good.”

“I phoned on a Monday, explained my situation and was booked in first thing Friday morning. I arrived 15mins before my appointment time to fill out paperwork but didn't even finish it before being called in. The Dentistry student was awesome! Made me feel comfortable(I hate dentists), made sure I didn't have questions and double checked all my information. My issue turned out to be a Wisdom tooth, which they were able to be extracted the same day. I have also booked in for a few weeks time to have my other Wisdom tooth out. Highly recommend this place for your teeth needs! Professional staff and made me feel good leaving the place although I knew the pain would be coming later that day.”

The staff were very friendly and the doctors knowledge and calm demeanour really made me feel at ease. She recommended extra checks which I agreed to and the entire visit including my medication was just $60. Highly recommend to anyone sitting on the fence about visiting the doctors.”
