I had the pleasure of having Katie as my.. nurse practitioner? Apologies if I got that wrong as I was very nervous on the day. She was very kind and accommodating. My partner and I had agreed that her customer service and care is very good. She asked a very important question for all ladies at the start of the appointment and I am fortunate enough to be safe from it but I do appreciate they are taking precautions. I hope it’s a protocol that the clinic has so that all ladies feel like they’re with guardian angels. Anyways, Katie was lovely and I definitely left the premises happy and well informed.
I had a lovely experience at Takapuna Family Planning. Came in a bit nervous but the kind, friendly, and patient attitude from the staff calmed me right down. Couldn't recommend enough!

I have been twice and highly recommend this clinic. My latest visit was with the one and only male doctor which I wasn’t thrilled about, but he was excellent. I had a female nurse present, he was a great communicator and the procedure was done so much quicker and better than I could have expected. Very happy, in fact all the staff there were super friendly and nice. I would highly recommend.
I had an appointment at 10 50 am this morning. I arrived at 10 30. Couldn't find a park so I was late by 14 minutes then to be told because I'm late have to rebook appt as there's no nurse to see me. .. But desk lady you said the nurse was with another patient .and the waiting room was empty. Just me being late. Sitting there. Traffic held me up as well. So I drove all that way for nothing an I have a son to pick up at 2pm try and make me wait till 1 40 pm to see a nurse. Bad Experience now iv made another appt March . Stale Service. Slack.
Have been multiple times to here. Always experienced friendly and helpful service. The nurses and doctors take their time and ensure there is a holistic view of my health and life, even for something as simple as a smear. Really reasonable fees and the clinic has a great group of staff as well as a nice space.
