They profile you here. If your MΔori be prepared to be watched like a hawk. They donβt even ask if you need help they just stare ruining your entire shopping experience. At least I got photos of the perfumes I like so I can buy them online instead.
Possibly the worst customer service Iβve ever witnessed in NZ. I was in pain just needed painkillers. It was 1 minute before closing time 2:30 pm! and they had 10 customers and they through me out the store- despite pleading to be served.
Absolutely disgusted in the behaviour from the staff and owners of Unichem Cambridge. On more than one occasion Iβve been treated worse than a dog because I have a legitimate and legal mask exemption. Unichem Cambridge formally Amcal has always been my got to pharmacy and have spent plenty of money there over the years for myself and family but never ever again. I would rather walk across to comins who have not once discriminated. You all need to take a good look in the mirror.
I am so sadden and shocked by what I witnessed at Unichem today I felt compelled to come here and write my first Google review. I was shopping for some items in the front of the store when a lady came in without a mask on. A female pharmacist flew out of the back and began to hassle this poor woman. The shopper remained so calm and explained she was exempt and had the little card and everything but this woman was literally shouting at her βget out - we donβt want your kind in hereβ I have never seen anything like it. Two of the make up ladies stood behind her trying to intimidate her too. This poor woman was trying to explain herself and they forced her out. I left my shopping and walked out too. I saw that lady later crying and just canβt believe how she was treated. Iβll never ever step foot in that shop again. Shame on you Unichem.
I must give a huge shout out for Ali. She is a kind understanding patient and highly skilled pharmacy assistant. Her years of experience show through her excellent suggestions. She never pushes a sale or a price range. She would rather you try a sample and come back to her if you are unsure. She was so helpful the other day i left with my samples which were the perfect colour i felt so happy after months of buying other products from other stores which were wrong. A huge waste of money. The shop is stocked well a good range of products for all requirements. At the rear is an excellent pharmacy dispensery with kind helpful staff. Parking sometimes full . Best earlier in day . Posistioned well in victoria street.
