I brought my dog in yesterday after a stick was stuck in her mouth. We had travel from Rotorua after hours. They had to sedated our dog to be able to take stick out of her mouth. They had tried to take it out without sedation but was unsuccessful. They wanted to reduced the cost. They had no other choice as it was difficult to remove the stick. The customer service was amazing. They were so efficient with the way they handled the situation. Explaining the whole procedures. Thank you.

We took our flemish giant rabbit into the team in Greerton over the weekend who wasn't well. They were professional, informative and treated him with the utmost care. He is now back to his normal friendly self and we are so grateful. Thank you team!

Wonderful experience with the team at Bay After Hours. We took our dog in to be seen when she was experiencing some difficulties during her labour. The team were efficient and made quick decisions to ensure her safety of her and the puppies. Well priced for an after hours clinic.

They tried there best to help me. They handled it well and did there best that they could to help me out but it was to late my dog was already past being saved. they are definitely up there in price but that's what you expect for an after hours vet they also have people there all night to if you need your dog to have fluids over night they stay with you dog and check up on there regularly. when my dog died with them they gave me a paw prints and nose prints on paper when I picked up her body and said there condolences I would recommend but make sure you are prepared for a large vet bill. Thanks guys I know you tried your best.

We attended this facility to get after hours assistance with our dog that was in severe distress. The staff were very accomodating. Dr. Georgia Gay the lead vet, was clear, confident, and precise in her diagnosis and advice. We together decided that euthanasia was the best outcome. The company then discounted our entire consultation fee….! This was so unexpected. Thank you very much. The compassion and genuine understanding from the vet and Kimberly is appreciated at this very sad time. We will miss our dog Diesel.

Went in last minute with my cat who was very unwell and had spent the night at another vet clinic just 2 nights earlier where they found β€˜nothing wrong’. The vet here took one look at him and could see that he wasn’t okay, have us an approximate prognosis, and rough estimate of what it would cost to find out what was wrong. My cat didn’t last much longer and as he got put down, everyone in the clinic was so compassionate towards us and loving towards him ❀️ huge thank you to the team

Brought in my dog when he was sick. Amazing service, they were friendly and helpful. The vet was extremely thorough and did a great job of explaining her diagnosis and what to look out for when we took him home. When she saw I was still worried, she said they could admit my dog for the night if i preferred, but she was confident in her diagnosis and the risk if we took him home. It was very reassuring and she and the lovely admin staff made it clear I could bring him back at any point if I was concerned. Would absolutely use her as our regular vet if we could. Not all vets like treating pugs but she seemed very comfortable with them. The price was significantly below what I've paid at other emergency vets and was clearly explained upfront. Great value.

Amazing care & kindness shown to our beautiful fur baby. We wouldn’t still have her if it hadn’t been for Georgia promptly diagnosing Coco’s Addisonian crisis. We had been to other vets who kept misdiagnosing her. She was literally on deaths door by the time she was seen and expertly treated by Georgia. She has her ups and downs and now 3 months post diagnosis she has been treated (again expertly ) by Maria. I cannot fault any of the care and treatment Coco has received by these caring Vets and nurses.
