Worse experience ever. One of the receptionists is so rude. I found another Dr and told her not to proceed with the registration as I had registered and had an appointment somewhere else. The next day I got a call from the Doctors of registered with to say that The Christchurch Doctors had registered me and now my appointment is gone and Iβm no longer registered with them. They were ringing as they knew this was not right. Due to The Christchurch Doctors I could not get another appointment for 3 more days and this was urgent. Has caused my family a lot of stress!

I think Dr Kadin Toms is a genuine caring doctor. Through difficult times in the last year, Dr Kadin was caring, supportive and very helpful. One of my favourite doctors so far.

Chc Doctors service went from good 10yr ago to pathetic. One incident of many you i phone 9am to arrange for stronger medication. When i phone 14h30 nothing has been arranged in 5hr. I am in pain waiting for subscription only to be told I must pay $45 to get it quicker. Useless time for new Doctors.

Upon signing up, they require appointments with both a nurse and a doctor. Unfortunately, both appointments started late. The nurse appointment only involved checking my height, weight, and blood pressureβall things I had checked recently. The doctor's appointment didn't seem particularly useful, as they simply asked me, 'Why have you come to see me today?' I'm not sure why this appointment was required in the first place. I decided to use the doctor's appointment to discuss some non-urgent medical queries. However, trying to get any useful advice from the doctor was like trying to get blood out of a stone. He relied on me to suggest potential diagnoses, while offering little to no useful input of his own. He was the most unhelpful doctor I have ever visited. Overall, it was a waste of time and money.

Iβve tried out a few doctors around Christchurch and have found The Christchurch Doctors the easiest to deal with. Dr Diarmuid White is fantastic and I would/have recommend him to friends. I especially appreciate this clinics opening hours, as a teacher I find it hard to find appointments that work around my schedule and work hours, this has not been an issue since moving to this clinic. It is $65 for a visit, which feels expensive but, in saying that, Iβve never left unhappy!

I have been going to this practice for 4 years, and overall had positive experiences. I found Doctors and nurses empathetic and helpful, Particularly DRs Pearson and Schroder

After 25 years of quality health care, my dear GP Dr. Thwaites deservedly retired. I wish her every happiness & my deep gratitude for maintaining my good health & well-being as I approach my 60's. This contrasts sharply with the total absence of care I recieved from her replacement Dr. Rachelle Pound. I was sent packing after two consultations & I no longer have a doctor at a time in my life when I need one.

Such a disappointment that what used to be a magnificent medical practice with quality nurses, reception, & GP's has now become a place for 10 minute prescription writers to ply their trade. My sadness cannot be understated. New GP's from overseas with no understanding or care for the client base they purchased as part of the practice have made this a place to avoid. The old faces remain good doctors, but expect little to nothing from the new ones who seem to be there for 'easy work' only. There are good GP's in CHCH but this is no longer one of them.

Very happy with joining The Christchurch Doctors. The staff are lovely (My doctor is very caring and approachable, and the nurses are always super friendly). The admin staff are nice too. There's normally not much of a wait which is great as well (not always but most of the time!) Keep up the great work :)

The receptionist lost my enrollment form twice! (!!!), then there were many confusions about how much I need to pay for the first time. Such a mess. I wanted to enroll there because my friend recommended one of their doctors, but he just forwarded me to a "female doctor" because he didn't want to deal with breastfeeding issues. I thought I would see her just once, but no, he actually asked to move me to another doctor for good. And I didn't like her at all. Now, the question was, why would I pay ridiculous enrollment fees, then "first appointment fees", just to find that the doctor I chose is afraid of dealing with female issues.
