Terrible. Have space for enrolments but not interested in casual in the meantime or someone who is just down the road in need of medical care.
For a health system that is severely underfunded my family and I feel very lucky to have a GP close to home. Many in the post code lottery do not have this reality. The staff are very hard working and we have received thorough quality of care for both our boys and ourselves. Clinic is very clean. Thanks!
Awful. When I was enrolled there I had an awful gp who made things up in my doctors notes so I wouldn't get the medication that I preferred. I recently began enrolling elsewhere and was immediately removed from their systems. I have burst eardrums at the moment and am unable to hear properly. The place I started enrolling at has not responded to my emails. Whitby responded to me when I asked why I couldn't access their notes from the app. They said it was due to me not being enrolled there anymore and confirmed with the other place that I am enrolled there. Which is great. But due to me being unable to hear and my new doctors not responding to emails, I asked Whitby to please contact them again and ask them to respond as I am beginning to get desperate. I was told "you are no longer enrolled here. We are unable to help you". Which. is just plain rude considering I can't even call for medical reasons and they are the only ones responding to me. Can't even take the time of day to make one little call or send one little email. They were awful the whole time I was there and seems to still be even when I'm not. Would not reccommend Edit: I did go in and talk about it with someone and nobody cared
The 3 great doctors they had left (1 passed away) . Maybe there is a reason? I do really rate Cathy the nurse but over 10 years and 4 kids who are generally quite healthy and don’t need to be seen by a doctor other then for jabs, I avoid this practice at all costs. I found a new doctor because my last experience was so unprofessional I second guessed the doctors medical background. When I spoke to management about it, in privacy, I was shocked to receive a text message from the doctor hours later. Overall, poor communications from staff, you wait ages for a doctor who doesn’t actually have a solution unless you bring them all answers, they often ask you to come back and and so you pay $70 for …………
This medical practice is by far the worst I've experienced. They failed to send all my medications to the pharmacy and refused to correct their mistake promptly. I had to reschedule work meetings for a follow-up consultation the next day just to get it resolved. It was a complete disaster. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
So annoyed to be charged a fee retrospectively without prior disclosure of the charges. Unacceptable with any other business.
