   Great experience here. My script was ready for collection before I got there, the staff saw me coming in and straight away asked if I needed help. The store was super clean, well laid out and stocked. I had a question about my prescription which the staff member couldn’t answer, but she went and got the answer from the pharmacist who seemed really busy, but happily made time to help her staff member. It felt like a village pharmacy should, and is night and day compared to the corporate one next to surgery… Westbury is more than worth the small effort to cross the road. And it’s owner-operated, so it’s ‘double-local’ so to speak! ❤️

   Very disappointed prescription service. Sure the item was in short supply. After contacting them about a expiring prescription and no stock I got no reply. I contacted them again and found they had received the stock but did not bother to contact me that they had it. If I hadn't contacted them the prescription would have expired and I would have been out of pocket. Poor service and would not recommend them at all.

   Went for a vaccine and was not given info sheet to read. Then wrong info was given. Apart from the nurse, staff were less then friendly/helpful, as usual. One staff member wearing mask and only a few customers. Another appalling experience

   Wish I had read these reviews first before wasting my time at this hopeless pharmacy. I went in to this place seeking Buscopan for stomach cramps and instead was subject to the Spanish Inquisition and eventually told to go see a Doctor instead. Went over the road to Unichem and was given it without any fuss. What the hell is the point in even stocking a product that you aren't willing to give to people? Who do you give Buscopan to exactly.. people without symptoms? Was treated like I was someone trying to get high when its just a bloody stomach cramp pill. lol - truly baffling experience.

   Absolutely revolting and depressing experience: treated like second class citizen. Needed test for travel and was told I was not allowed inside, to be tested on the street corner in public! My official mask exemption was not honoured and when asked my vaccine status, they called someone from the backroom in a hazmat suit to meet me. Of course my test was negative as I take great care in my health... I was humiliated for no reason. Young Asian girl named Ashley should be ashamed of herself for treating another woman in this way.

   Very upsetting to have a pharmacist question medication prescribed by doctor and its use. To top it off another sales lady then went on about same thing. Got me so concerned had to phone my surgery and question dr. Who reconfirmed reason I was prescribed and needed medication. Found it unnecessary and upsetting. Pharmacists ste not drs and shouldn't judge.

   Disappointing experience at Westbury Pharmacy, considering the past reviews. Were ignored for some time, until we were finally served by a very vague and dismissive staff member. Allowed another customer to aggressively interact with us, and then walked away without any closure or answers. Very awkward, will be going to the Unichem from now on! (Where I’ve only had good service!)
