1. The Quiet Critic ★★★★★

   The shop was clean, tidy, and well presented. We did have a short wait as they were quite busy, but it was understandable. We were served by Marie, who was very helpful and friendly. She checked our address, noticed we live quite far away, and took the initiative to speak with the pharmacist about arranging our repeats. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and the excellent service we received. Overall, it was a positive experience and we were happy with the service.

   Terrible service - avoid this pharmacy there are much better in Chch. On Tuesday night, I purchased an over the counter medication. The staff member placed the boxes in a paper bag, and I assumed the receipt was included. The following day, my doctor confirmed I did not have the condition. I therefore returned to the pharmacy on friday to return the unopened box in the sealed paper bag. After consulting with the pharmacist, a technician requested my receipt. However, no receipt was in the bag, despite my having requested one at purchase. I showed her my bank statement (see attached photo) as proof of purchase. The technician stated returns require a receipt and questioned whether I had requested one—which I had. I then asked to see the returns policy. The technician changed her position, claiming medicines cannot be returned as they may have been used. I showed her that both the box and the paper bag remained unopened since purchase. When I requested to speak with the manager, the technician directed me to contact via email, which I did and the manager without acknowledging the confusion and poor communication just held the line that they wouldn’t accept a return. The service was confusing and unsatisfactory. Avoid this pharmacy as there are pharmacy’s with much better service in Christchurch.

   The staff here are so kind and have excellent advice. I have been coming here for years now and have a good experience even when the store is busy. This pharmacy is no longer my local but it is the only pharmacy I come too and trust with my scripts.

   If you have a shop, regardless of what you sell, you should be prepared to help customers, not shrug when they ask a question. There were more staff than there were customers and I still got dismissed as though I had asked something stupid and obvious.

   A Huge effort by under pressure staff on a day that almost no-one else was open, dealing with walk ins, the phones and scripts being sent to them. My wife tested positive at 9am on the day .....a public holiday (Good Friday), by 2.30 pm the antivirals were delivered to me in the Pharmacy Car park (as I was still infected.) Well done, you have my deepest gratitude

   The pharmacists is a young Indian man,I found him to be very rude and I think this pharmacy is treating customers differently from others. We are all the same,may be you should check yourself before you speak to people. This pharmacy is not busy every morning there are some days and it's quiet.
