Amazing service! Had made an urgent antihistamines order online (literally was unable to work due to symptoms flare up!!!) but no notifications re picking up the medication. Called the store up the next day and the man who picked up was super lovely and helpful - just told me to come in and show my order to get what I needed. Thanks so much!
Arrived at 17:45, pharmacy was closed. Arrived at 8:20, pharmacy was closed with a sign saying “back in 10 minutes”. Staff arrived at 8:45 am, said that the new opening hours are 8:00-17:00. Still couldn’t get my prescription due to “computer issues”.
Arrived at 5pm on Friday for an urgent prescription only to find they'd closed 1 hour early. Am here at 8.10 am on Monday and no one is here to open up at 8am. Urgent prescription for an older person who spoke to them on Friday but no followup call when they decided to close early. Really poor service and communication.
Reduced hours make this once awesome pharmacy a waste of time

Had a great experience here both times I’ve visited - unfortunately this pharmacy is linked to the Ti Rakau Doctors who are sub par. However, this pharmacy has always met my expectations and the staff here are so efficient and helpful. Thank you

A small pharmacy located within a small medical centre. The pharmacy is also small and only really sells the core items consumers would want. The prices are expensive and you can find these items for a lot cheaper 1 km down the road at chemist warehouse which is open till 9pm every night. They also charge a $5 prescription fee which is outrageous because there are five different pharmacies within a 1-2km distance that do free prescriptions. The reason for the 2 stars and not 0 are the staff. The staff I have dealt with have always been very helpful, friendly and informative. They genuinely take an interest in the brief consultation you have with them. A last resort pharmacy if you desperate and need medication after seeing the doctor next for. Otherwise go to Chemist Warehouse.
