Before I come the reception said she has available slot on Monday but I need to finish all of paperwork and sign up new enrolment. After done everything, she said the only slot is Wednesday and the next day, she email back only slot is Friday. Which mean in order to book appointment she has change 3 times? For me this is scam by some way, after transfer all my personal documents they just keep postpone and postpone untill I die. Tks

Since 2014, I have received consistently good service from Whānau Ora Community Clinics at Lambie Dr, Druces Rd, Pukekohe, Puhinui Rd & Kaeo. According to a recent news item, clients at many practices around NZ have to wait for up to 3 weeks to see a doctor. And, patients can be in line for hours. These conditions are obviously an outcome of the national health staffing shortage, which has intensified since covid 2020. In spite of this, I am able to get appointments within days and even on the day of my call. Some benefits of the clinics being connected are that I can easily make appointments and arrange prescriptions when travelling for my mother and myself. Also, staff, including doctors, can be moved around the country as needed.

If someone do book appointment, doctor has to be available to see that person because sometime someone come from work and only have certain time to consult and respect someone else time as you want your to be. It’s every time scenario. Should be punctuality or contact the person so they can prepare themself.
