   Called on a Thursday regarding an urgent appointment referred to by my Dr. They told me they would call me back the same day to confirm an appointment for Friday morning. Got to 10am Friday and didn’t hear back so called again and the person who answered found my referral email, but said it was never processed and now all appointments were gone and the closest one was next week in kapiti?!? Not a sorry or anything for mucking me around… ended up going with another place that doesn’t just forget about you - especially in an urgent situation.

   Recently I came here to have a cortisone injection for my hip. I had never had one before and was quite anxious. Both the nurse and radiologist who were looking after me were very understanding and reassuring. It ended up being a positive experience for me and I cannot thank them enough.

   Very impersonal. Hi I'm...... please follow me. Hi, We won't be long just have to finish this. Sorry to keep you waiting at reception even though there are 2 on their computers right in front of you and another staff member walking around behind looking uncomfortable. Can't somebody say something even if its sorry to keep you waiting we will be with you in a moment. It's quite traumatic and uncomfortable for customers coming here. Greeting folk with a name and a bit of empathy would not hurt.

   Went today Mondsy 23. Fir a MRI. Was extremely nervous as I m extremely claustrophobic. We convinced that even with anxiety pills I would no be able to go through with it. But was talked through it .advised that my fears were not unusual. And my feeling ashamed was ok, but not necessary. Any way thanks to all job done, and whats great is that so much anxiety seems to have gone. This 77 yr old feels like I'm a lot stronger mind wise, can't thank you enough. Richard Dahlberg.

   I had my appointment today in Boulcott Pacific Radiology. The best service I had: the receptionist asked me about my car parking and suggested a better option even before asking my name. The mammogram and scan/x-ray ladies were so gentle, respectful and full of care, thank you all of you! I felt very supported. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended to all who has those needs.

   I am writing to express how pleased I was with my experience today at Pacific Radiology where I underwent an MRI. Abraham Samson was extremely professional, briefing me with very clear instructions around the preparation and MRI process. I arrived feeling a little anxious but with his knowledge and caring and friendly manner, he made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. It is so lovely to have people like Abraham in the healthcare sector.

   Nice reception at the branch however this is the second time they have cancelled my appointment last minute and changed it to Bowen hospital almost a week later . Big drive for me compared to going to the Hutt and had to then organise childcare again. Not really good enough .

   I can't remember the names of the 2 people that assisted me yesterday, but lets just say that was the best service that I received. Let's give a shout out to the whole team at Boulcott Pacific Radiology. For whatever reason I ended up at the wrong place for my scan, when the reception lady realized that, she told me to sit and less than 5 minutes later she informed me that they could assist me. Really helpful and friendly.
