I cannot speak highly enough of Nurse Gabby. My 11-year-old son has detested been very vaccines, but Gabby completely transformed the experience. Her gentle, fun, and patient approach immediately put him at ease. Her genuine enthusiasm for her work was palpable and reassuring for both of us. Thanks to her incredible skill and bedside manner, my son was able to relax and face his fear with courage. She is a true asset to your team.

Dr Xing Zhang is unprofessional. Dismissive towards my parent. Made the wrong diagnosis. Did not request further tests to rule out other possible causes of illness hence delayed appropriate treatment for over a week.

Worst reception ever!!! The reception can’t understand June and January, need to explain to them January is the first month of the year so the lady can get the birthday right. Staff definitely need training!! The manager April here is extremely rude and refuses to help. No one sick deserves to be treated like this. She also thinks the patients here don’t treat her respectfully. But to be that she needs to treat them respectfully too. The front desk staff including the manager is unprofessional in all ways!! April also thinks is okay for them not to understand Jun and Jan.

Dr zhang is extremely bad at his job and even forgot to prescribe my medication that I am supposed to take EVERY DAY. Wasted days calling and going to the pharmacy just for them to say there’s no prescription… Very bad communication as well unprofessional. Guys please do yourself a favour and do not see dr ‘zhang’ here.
On top of that, The receptionist is rude and unfriendly that never makes you feel welcomed.
Lateness is another huge problem here as well. Having to wait for 10-15min for an appointment I’ve booked and there on time is ridiculous.

Good med centre. Plenty of spaces everyday not like other clinics that you have to book weeks in advance. Xing Zhang is great! Dongnei Zhang is just so so. 2 receptions one for English one for Chinese

Can’t remember the last time the doctors kept to my scheduled appointment time. Seems very unfair especially if you are two minutes late and they make you wait one whole hour for another appointment. The receptionist should take a course in customer service as she’s really lacking in this area. Looking for another family doctor for my family of seven so we can move there as am getting quite sick of the same issues with this medical centre and nothing being changed.

I'm sure that some of the healthcare professionals working here are great but there are so many improvements that could be implemented in this centre. First, the receptionist is outstandingly rude and dismissive of your concerns. She wouldn't let me speak and would constantly talk over me without considering my position. She was so loud and aggressive with her actions and words and seemed like she didn't want to do anything to help me. The receptionists just blatantly didn't give a damn. This could definitely improve as being nice and kind just isn't that hard, and receptionists are often the first people that patients interact with in a healthcare environment. Second, I hate to call out a singular person but Dr Xing Zhang is an interesting fellow. He called one of his registered patients and asked why they didn't come see him (when they were perfectly healthy)... Seems interesting. He also charges fees for particular people but not someone else although both individuals have undergone the same action (not calling anyone out here). The biggest change, however, that would improve the centre is to have a talk with the receptionist about her behaviour or to hire an additional receptionist because this was definitely an unpleasant experience. Also after analysing other reviews on here about the receptionists, it clearly isn't one person tired of this behaviour so please change this.
