   Ring to make an appointment but no-one answers the calls in the afternoon...3pm to 5pm I've tried a few times within those hour and business hours.... Monday to Friday When I've rung I've been on hold for more then 20mins not very good.

   Came here today, they were so helpful i actually missed my appointment but still was seen. The nurse & doctor that seen me were amazing and very kind and made me feel comfortable. I don’t normally do reviews but i thought I would here because they were great!

   Terrible experience here went 1st time to this clinic because my usual clinic is re allocating my appointment was 7:30pm but was seen around 8:10pm! which was after closing time? so they saw clients after their close time overbooking clients I suppose stuffed up my plans afterwards did not advise me on delay. I had to enquire myself why won't book again at this clinic again. Also please wait until client tells you who they are not just assume as the lady showed me a personal form with details to confirm is me? before I can tell her I am here for my appointment

   Absolutely frustrated with them. I called for advice for a young teenager and waited from just after 4pm for over an hour on their 0800 number as their recording states " your call is important to us please stay on the line". No answer! I have proof of the call. Unprofessional!!

   I have always found the doctors and nurses to be very helpful, sympathetic, sensitive and understanding. I felt supported and comfortable. The staff are very professional and not judgemental at all in their treatment of me. They were very approachable.
