The booking system is very confusing. Tired both walk in and call at 8am (5 times in total, walk in clinic and same day clinic, or any cancellations), different representative gave different instructions and no one is able to make a booking. When walk in they said need to call, when called they said need to book in the clinic. No explanation from staff members at all, only saying "there is nothing I can do." Finally I called the 5th time, only one staff understand me and I booked successfully. The reception working today 23/09/2025 in Henderson clinic was very unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. When asked their name for complaint, she stated: "I'm not going to give you my name." unbelievable, so I attached a photo to identify her. She also stated that, I don't know who you talked to before...(exactly, I will never know. I don't know your name either!) I understood high volume of people needs your service. However very disappointed with kicking patient around.

Service from nurses is great, but Contact system is horrible, as a receptionist myself I donβt understand why there isnβt a direct number that goes to the clinic , called 3 times after they asked me to call back, only when I asked to be put on a wait list did I get a call back, I received the initial call from them at 4:37, called back only 5 minutes later . By the time I reached someone who wasnβt an automated message they informed me that the clinic had shut down for the day by 4:55 . Only reason I wasnβt able to get through sooner was because no one could pickup . Luckily they were able to schedule a call back however Iβve seen many reviews complain about the same thing . The booking and communication of this company is horrendous and closing down the clinic before your actually closed for the day is unprofessional. Understandably the system is not the staffs fault, however I would advise sexual wellbeing Aotearoa to review their communication systems as it is very off putting .

The fact that they can just cancel appointments on a whim is absolutely Terrible. A day before my appointment they sent me a text message cancelling it. This means that I have to re schedule for over 2 months from now and somehow explain to my workplace why my leave days keep changing.

I thought that the Clinic is inside the mall on level 2 (as per the text message I received), but it is not inside the mall, it is on the street. Go out of the level 2 food court, and turn left, you would see the clinic sign after a few meters. Other than that the nurse and the team were helpful and the clinic is tidy.

Never had any issues until i had an appointment booked for today at 10:50. And when i made it there was a sign on the door saying the clinic is closed due to sewage problems. They couldn't even call up or text to let me know in advanced im let down. Very slack behaviour but what can you expect from a place that offers free services. Not much apparently.

After waiting long hours on the phone to book appointment in another 3 weeks. Arrived 1:58pm for a 1:50pm appointment and I was told appointment can no long hold cause I was 8mins late. No other available date until 1 month late. Horrible service after driving long travel and no car park. Had to park at Westcity mall to walk down.

Parking: quite convenient. Thereβs an outdoor parking area nearby on great north road which costs $4 for a whole dayβs parking. 2 minutesβ walk to the clinic. Service: high quality. my appointment was on time. The nurse and the receptionists are nice and kind. I requested my test result to be sent to me via email and they followed up with me to make sure the email is sent to me. Suggestion: one thing the clinic could try to improve is to have an online booking system instead of calling. In this way, the complaints on long waiting time of phone call may be decreased. I understand that the budget is limited but if possible this could be an area to prioritize. I wish you all the best. Itβs really a good clinic and service and nice people. Deserves better reviews and rating. :-)
