   I got the date wrong for our appointment for our little ones (4&1). While filling out the forms (so I didn’t have to do them the following week at the actual appointment) they called me over to ask if I’d like to be seen. One of the dentists had a small window of free time and very kindly offered to squeeze both girls in for a check. I so appreciated this, thank you for your kindness and saving me another trip the following week. It was totally my error but they made it work for us all. Thank you!

   We had the most wonderful experience today at the clinic. Despite not being able to make contact via the phone at the start, I was called back and had an appointment made promptly. Not only that, but when we arrived we were appointed Dentist Rehutai, who recognised that we spoke Te Reo Māori and adapted to speak to my children and I in Te Reo. It was a truly calming and inviting experience. Our whānau feel very fortunate to have our local children's dentist acknowledge our tuakiritanga and also it left us feeling empowered and inspired by our wāhine Māori who are healthcare providers as they create a space that is safe for us to be Māori and that our needs are met.    First time here. Very welcoming and friendly. Comfortable visit to the dentist today. The wonderful receptionist managed to get us in earlier than expected (thank you!) & our dentist (Laura) was very helpful, patient and gentle with my child who is also on the spectrum. A big thanks for your guys understanding! Much appreciated! Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Told me they filled my sons tooth, and one needed pulling out absolutely no chance of saving the tooth whatsoever. Went to a private dentist for second opinion, they saved the tooth that needed “pulling” and also checked the tooth that was filled, and they had missed a huge hole in the side of the tooth? This was a few weeks after they had filled it?! Absolutely atrocious. I feel really sad for people who have this as their only free option because they are incompetent and miss huge stuff!

   Took my twelve year old there today. John was fantastic. Shared hobby talk with him, which was the hilight of his day. Made him comfortable. Involved him in decisions. Enthusiastic. Even removed a couple of wiggly teeth to make things easier. Then processed us onto the next stage, for high school. Thanks. Highly recommend.

   Amazing dental clinic. always kind and explanation enough to understand. Especially, Korean dentist is awesome today. I didn't know that Korean dentist is there. She told me everything and checked all tooth and gums and found a problem at my son's tooth which is we didn't know. highly recommend!
