People who have issues with the cost or anything else, write to your MP to change the laws to improve healthcare funding.”

“So very thankful for my dental work done today. Very lovely dentist and assistant. Very comforting throughout. Going to the dentist makes me anxious but they were really good and made me feel calm. Didn't hurt like it usually does at other practices either. Also didn't have the usual gasps and overeactions other dentists have given me in the past over the state of my teeth - absolutely no judgement. I’m always surprised by how quick, accurate, and thorough her work is. She really listens, explains things clearly, and makes you feel cared for. I also saw Dr. Carl, the women’s health doctor, and had such a great experience. She made me feel completely comfortable, talked me through everything step by step, and turned something I was preparing for the worst into a calm, non-traumatic process. Truly grateful for her care. “Nothing but positive reviews for the Doctor at Kroad Medical Centre. All in all, she is SOLO so she does it all on her own. Patient's need to give her empathy. Today, I really needed to see a Doctor. I called 3 Different Doctors, DR Chand was able to see me the same day. Yes it was a bit of a wait, however I didn't have to wait weeks and weeks to get better. Dr was very understanding, provided professional advice and I received the care I needed. Again, some people need a bit of empathy for the Doctors when medical is a very long wait these days.”

“I live near Taradale Medical, so I am registered with them and have been for over 10 years. I find the service excellent. If I need to get in urgently I usually can, the staff are polite, caring, patient and friendly. I have Dr Michael Koch who is amazing. I use their online portal and he has even responded over a weekend when it has been urgent. Recently I saw an elderly lady bring in baking for a Dr there. I would highly recommend this service and the staff.”
