The absolute worst experience with a doctor I have ever had in my 52 years on this planet. My daughter was screaming with pain on the floor and all the doctor wanted was for us to leave.
Dear Taradale Medical Centre Earlier today I went into the medical centre because of a large blister on my foot (I normally go here and have great service). The nurse who dealt with me was rude, careless and unpleasant. She checked my foot and called the bandaging "excessive" when it was there to help me walk without pain I explained it to her. She then went to "clean and wrap it" But when I got home the band-aid only lasted a couple of hours as well as debris was still in it, so I had to get someone to clean and remove the debris. Then rewrap it again. This was very unprofessional considering she is a nurse and should do the job thoroughly and properly I am highly disappointed. The nurse's name, I believe, is Tania.
I can't believe people can be so mean spirited with reviews. My only complaint would be on line portal always shows no appointments today. No matter date or time you go in.
I think it's absolutely disgusting that the dr My mother saw "forgot" to send a referral for a scan they discussed at a previous appointment. Then when she mentioned it again it was like "oh what scan?" Don't you people make notes on your patients file? So if she didn't see the Dr again it would have been forgotten and she would be waiting for a forgotten scan. Real nice. It makes me worry for other patients too. So for other patients waiting on scan requests please ensure it's being processed.
I live near Taradale Medical, so I am registered with them and have been for over 10 years. I find the service excellent. If I need to get in urgently I usually can, the staff are polite, caring, patient and friendly. I have Dr Michael Koch who is amazing. I use their online portal and he has even responded over a weekend when it has been urgent. Recently I saw an elderly lady bring in baking for a Dr there. I would highly recommend this service and the staff.
I have been going to Taradale medical for years was always treated with respect and listened too but now you feel like nobody listens some of your nurses can be rude and no respect. My mum has had the same and spoken too rudely even by doctors.must be time for a change
