   you should refresh your reception in courtesy and dealing with patients during sensitive times. the way i was spoken to and then hung up on the phone was absolutely disgusting and uncalled for after reception had unintentionally gotten my booking wrong and i was simply trying to reschedule it. really makes me think about enrolling elsewhere as the anxiety that rises is astounding however i do love my doctor. please do better. i understand it’s a tough time for receptionists - so as everyone else too.

   Every time I've called to book and appointment or ask a question I get the rudest lady on the phone. Why does this place hire incompetent, horrible receptionists who try and belittle you over the phone. Once you do get an appointment, you'll most likely get some old boomer doctor who just judges you and doesn't actually listen. Do not enroll here unless you want your health to decline further, then this is the place for you!

   My partner has been going to this practice for a while so when I moved in with him I figured I should move practices as well. He’s mentioned the rude receptionist before but after ringing today I got a better idea. I tried to enrol and make an appointment and was laughed at because “that’s not how it works”. For reference i’m 18 and have never had to do this before. The receptionist was rude and careless, before trying to help or inform me she made fun of me. Not the kind of person I want to see when i’m sick or vulnerable. Dr Dane Rua is amazing according to my partner so for that reason I will still enrol but the snarky receptionist definitely doesn’t deserve her job.

   Dr Marthe was impatient and judgemental today. Even though she could read patient's medical history, was asking repeated questions to patient, like either she didnt want to understand patient's answers or her brain was taking time to process them, I guess that made her frustrated. She greeted patient with smile but after examining patient, she became laud, impatient and judgemental. Reception staff s were better.

   Doctor Rua is the best. He is very patient and knowledgeable. We have received very professional treatment. Had a very bad stomach issue and now is all good. Thanks a lot.

   These people are completely rude, I know there's a shortage of GP's in Tauranga but please, the receptionist has the personality of a lab rat, no offense to all the rat's out there!

   The Male Dr I had a video consultation with today was one of the rudest most arrogant doctors I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, I was belittled, fat shamed & humiliated. He insulted my previous doctors medical care and considering she actually recommended me to see him, I feel it’s a pretty disgusting way to speak about a previous colleague but not surprising after speaking with him, the funny thing is he couldn’t even hope to reach anywhere near her standard of care & knowledge. He even had the cheek to say the first mantra of a doctor is do no harm, I’m pretty sure treating a patient so badly it affects their mental health is very harmful.

   Every single time I’ve come here I’ve felt belittled and ignored by the receptionist named Angela. I don’t know why she still has her job as I’m sure I’m not the only one she talks down to. She rolls her eyes, deep sighs when you ask a question. Very unprofessional.

   Terrible experience trying to book in. ANGELA the receptionist is beyond rude and incredibly unprofessional. Wouldn't let me get a word in, sparky and unhelpful. Will be unenrolling my family and submitting a formal complaint. She is not someone who should be dealing with sick or vulnerable people!

   They have a range of doctors with different specialities so I'm happy that our family can go to one clinic. I would like them to be open on Saturday. But that is my only negative.
