Time flies! I can’t believe it’s been 10 years with Andy as my GP—what a milestone. Thank you for your exceptional care, support, and communication over the years. Truly grateful!

They're very kind to me i dunno why people say the receptionists are very mean. Once you get to know them they are very nice the nurese did my liquid nitro and kept on reasurring me that it would be ok .

When my dad fainted at home, and managed to woke up again to call them and asked them to call ambulance for him as he cannot speak English. They told me dad to call 111 by himself!! If my dad couldn’t wake up again and they were the last one for my dad to ask for help, they should be charged for responsibility. So cold hearted and do nothing to help people in need. It is very disappointing.

No Sympathy is the worse part of service when I was very ill. Actually I only just need Dr. see 1 min & give me steroid prescription(3 days) to eat in this acute stage as I had taken antihistamine whole day and canot stop rash. Long queue and only telephone meeting to diagnosis. Reception attitude is really bad and no sympathy ( long time ago previous receptionist is very kind. But recent year all change). Waiting outside door for a long time when my acute urticaria attack and never open door to care or make any appointment for me even no telephone booking to follow up!!! After I went St Luke White Cross & Dr. Immediately give me steroid to control situation within a hour. No sympathy!!!!

Keep calling "option 1" for reception for 30 mins, no one pick up the phone. Try "option 2" to check the blood test result, was told by answer machine that I could check it online. Go to their webpage and login, there is nowhere I can find "result checking". Feel like it's a dead cycle......

They never pick the phone, and finally when you reach them the receptionist is rude and stuck up. The doctors are nice though, and with online appointments now you’ll be seen more promptly compared to before.

The receptionist and nurse was very nice and helpful. The nurse didn’t make me feel awkward nor uncomfortable while doing my test.

Previous ago, the medical center was great, even the nice reception. But now, always said fully booked. Hardly to say any other medical center happened like this everytime. The reception service is poor too.
