“Another great experience as a walk-in. I arrived early and waited at the door before the 8am opening. I saw the triage nurse, then doctor, had an x-ray then doctor again, all within an hour. I had a broken bone in my foot so was in a lot of pain but the staff here were all so kind and caring.”

“This is a brilliant medical practice. My doctor is Dr Asima and I cannot praise her highly enough. She’s so thorough and actually cares about her patients. I have also seen other doctors in this practice and they are all fantastic.”

So greatful for her exceptional care, but her replacement Paul Kim is proving to be equally capable. Finally about the comments made about the receptionist: I did not find her " unfriendly". “I have recently transferred from Stokes Valley Doctors. The customer service is polite, respectful and helpful. In oerson and over the phone. I was given an emergency call on the dame day. Was able to book an appointment within 2 weeks. Had a very amazing appointment where my diagnosis was explained in detail with medication avaliable funded and not funded. The doctor checked all medical resources to support her diagnosis. This experience built my confidence in the public health sector.”

“Dr Sheelagh James saved my husband's life by requesting tests early on when symptoms were still undetectable. Dr John McCartie is my doctor and he is kind and thorough. I've also seen Dr Glenn Neo and Dr Victor Ji and they are both fabulous. Everyone really cares. The patient portal works well and wait times are usually not too bad either.”

He was remarkable—very kind and an exceptionally good listener. I also had a great experience during the Doctor at ultrasound. So, thank you to the entire AXS team—especially the X-ray technician.
