Dr Osborne invalidated my mumβs fibromyalgia symptoms by saying βthatβs normalβ. This happened for every single appointment. Afterwards, she finally moved GPs, to a doctor who actually listens and wants to help. She is greatly happy with this decision.

Always busy, but staff always nice and put their patients first. Never had long waiting times.

I have been a patient at this Centre since I was a child. The wait time has always been bad 5-10 mins here and there but since the pandemic itβs gotten so much worse. I have waited for it to improve but 5 years later it should be sorted by now. I canβt remember the last time Iβve waited less than 20 mins for a booked appt. Itβs also been 5 years since I was able to even seen my registered doctor because she is constantly overbooked/ behind on her patients. Today took the cake when I was in for a simple flu jab and was made to wait 22 minutes until I finally complained and was seen by a nurse in 2 seconds. As I was leaving I overheard they are taking new patient enrollments. Do not enroll at this clinic - they have terrible organization of their schedules, you will never see your own doctor and they donβt care what your schedule is they will make you wait at least 20 mins. If I could afford to switch clinics right now I would but if I can stop someone else from having their time wasted then I have to write this review. If the clinic reads this - please do better either by spacing out your appointments better or having less slots. Itβs not been working for years now and Iβm sick of it!! Pun intended

Continually disappointed by this medical centre. I would like to say I have no actual issues with my registered doctor, however I'm never actually able to see my doctor as they seem to be booked soo far ahead of time, that often they are fully booked, two weeks in advance. I have spent the past several months trying to get to the bottom of a blood pressure issue that they were saying needed to be addressed with urgency, however during that time I have been sent to three different nurses, two different doctors (neither of which were whom I'm registered with) I was also made to do multiple blood tests, multiple blood pressure tests and other exams, then, still without having actually seen me in person, I received a very brief phonecall from my gp who told me I would need to be monitored for 24hrs in the hospital, after which she would have a clearer idea of the diagnosis. It's now been over a month since I was monitored for those 24hrs and I'm still yet to hear a single thing in regards to it from my doctor or the medical centre in general. Yet the other day I managed to get an email from them saying that I was overdue for another check up and a list of the prices that it could cost me. But why would I give you more money, when they chances of me being able to see my actual GP is so slim, and it seems the likelihood of me getting my results back are even slimmer?

Ground floor receptionists are rude. No basic manners which is horrible to see in a medical center.

I am impressed by the receptionists ability to triage and co-ordinate bookings so that everyone can be seen, including phone consults if there is no space available. Great for those times when you have something minor like a cold and only need bed rest but still need a medical certificate for employment purposes. Lovely but busy team.

The worst medical center so far.. I have been waiting for my blood test since 2 days and doctors or nurses do not call until we chase them. After chasing them and actually speaking with a nurse she realizes that they did a a WRONG blood testβ¦ for gods sake.. what kind of doctors and nurses you have when you cannot really get the right blood test for patients. Why are we promised with a call back within 48hours and do not receive a call back? Itβs really annoying. I am hoping there is no patient waiting for the results. He or she may die until they hear from you. Pathetic.

Rude reception and nurses. Called to book for a phone appointment and was on hold for so long so I decided to recall and I get a voicemail saying itβs their after hours when it is clearly opened.

I am on a controlled drug, meaning I have to call for a new repeat script every few weeks. It seems as though half the time my repeat is done as requested, and half the time it's not. I rung up on Wednesday as I had been told by the pharmacy that day I had run out of repeats, and left a message with all the details of the script, me etc, but there's no way of knowing if it's going to actually get done or not and often you have to be the squeaky wheel just to get the script done. When I do ring, the receptionist get grumpy at me for doing so, and in this case it still hasn't been done despite ringing multiple times. I received a txt earlier saying it was sent through to my pharmacy. I checked with the pharmacy, and it had not been done. I'm a paying customer and this is utterly unacceptable. It's now Thursday night and I'm without medication. Tomorrow is a public holiday. Looks like I'm going to have to go all weekend without medication. This is not the first time this has happened either. It happens regularly and I'm seriously contemplating changing to a new gp.

I've been a patient of this practice for around 25 years. I've never had any issues. Receptionists are fantastic and will try find an appointment to suit. The online booking system is amazing, and has saved me time calling. Dr Cohen is lovely, and listens. On the times when I have had my Dr away, the locums I have seen have all been amazing and very professional. Yes, there are often wait times, but that's to be expected at a GP. You never know when urgent things or emergencies have cropped up. Very happy with their service.
