   Had a most unpleasant visit last Friday at the clinic with Dr George Yoon. He is the most uncaring and unprofessional GP I have ever come across. All he is interested is rushing me through the 15 minutes consultation and said this and that is not related to my visit. Yet he was stupid enough to ask me anything else besides what I was there for. If the issues are not related then why would I bother seeing a GP? Really miss Dr Brian Ok who is so much more professional and caring than this Dr George Yoon. My last visit before this latest one, again with this Dr Yoon was just a brief 5 minutes so when I reminded him if this current visit takes one or two minutes longer than 15 minutes, he still owed me the 10 minutes from my last visit. He seemed more interested in making extra consultation fee by asking me to make another new appointment to discuss my medical condition. What an unkind and "money making GP" this doctor seemed to be. Real shocker!!!

   Been paying off outstanding balance a set rate per week and I’ve called and discussed that and they still give me a calls and a hard time when I go for appointments, will be changing doctors Every time I go for an appointment they put me with someone who’s not even my doctor I chose my doctor for a reason not to be put woth everyone else apart from him!!

   Met my vew Dr for the first time today. Dr Kati Mackie, she is absolutely fantastic. Kind, caring and compassionate and really onto it. Also Julie one of the Receptionists was also very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately I cannot say that about the practise manacger. And sadly this seems to be a pattern in most practises that I have joined nationwide. So hopefully we will not have to cross paths as that could be quite problematic. First impressions last be they negative or positive.

   I've been seeing Dr Henderson for over 5 years now. Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable, thorough and has a demeanor that is very easy to communicate with. I don't live close to the clinic anymore but the extra travel is still worth it

   Not even open on weekends anymore, and no detail on the phone to say they're closed, just put you on hold. When asked about hours, was told 9-12 on Saturdays. Impossible to get to see your doctor, even when they ring to say you need to come in. Steadily gone down hill since Covid started.

   Since covid they have suspended online bookings. They won’t reinstate this, so you have to wait for them to open and call up for an appointment, very archaic and not sustainable. Even when you call you cannot get an appointment for 5-6 days. 80% of the time we end up having to go to a&e because our children (or us) need to be seen on same day. Would not recommend.

   The worst Doctors surgery on the coast, no appointments and a triage service that is a waste of time. Yes your daughter who is registered here needs to see a doctor straight away but not here as we dont have an appointment for over a week LOL.

   Manly medical centre has been my doctors den for 20 years, and have never had a rude, or unprofessional attitude or incident from any of the staff. They are a very busy practice all the time , but stress doesn’t let the clients suffer . Thank you all, I had a bad fall recently and have needed nurse attention every other day for over 4 weeks now and nothing but professional attention.
