I am writing to express my serious concerns about the quality of care. My experience has been extremely disappointing and raises questions about both professionalism and patient safety. • The doctors appear to lack proper qualifications or commitment to patient care. • Appointments are frequently delayed or missed, with no proper communication. • Information and guidance provided are inadequate and misleading. • The focus seems to be more on financial gain rather than genuine healthcare. This level of service is unacceptable for a medical facility. I believe this matter needs urgent investigation to ensure patients are not further misled or placed at risk.

For the last few years I have seen a range of Doctors here ( some have been thoroughly kind and professional), never the same one consecutively, however. I recently re-ordered a prescription for a medication I have been on for several years, only to be told several days later via email that "my doctor" actually wanted to see me face to face, as I hadn't been seen for over a year. All good, I understand that is good practice, so I phoned and organized a consult. The issue though was that I couldn't get in until a week later, and my meds were almost out. I was told I could get a "bridging" script to last me over the week before my consult, but this didn't happen. When I phoned up to follow up, after the weekend, and five days after being forced to go "cold turkey" I was told that the doctor ( the same doctor I have seen mentioned negatively in other reviews) did not actually want to write me a script, to tide me over, until she had seen me. This caused me significant distress, and made me feel completely disregarded- they are essentially holding me hostage and withholding a medication I have been on for several years. Again, I understand the need to be seen in person if some time has passed, which is why I organized the consult- but to just force a patient to suddenly go without their meds for days, smacks of indifference. Subsequently, I am looking for a new doctor. The apparent lack of care, and failure to actually communicate with me- I had to do the chasing up, is not what I want in a doctor.

I’ve been here a few times in the past few years and the treatment is always great. My doctor takes the time to hear me out and is genuinely lovely - you can see they care about you.

Over the past year especially I've had to visit quite a few times, and have always received excellent care from my doctor (Dr Karen Mason) and the nurses, and friendly manner from the reception team. I'm grateful to my doctor for her patience, attention and expertise, and for getting the ball rolling on the path to resolving my health concerns.

I had very bad experience in Miramar Medical Centre with Dr Karen Mason. Somehow she seemed a bit down during the conversation. Maybe she just had a bad day? She didn't really look at me or try to interact with me for the whole time, showing no empathy. She was NOT even listening to what I was saying because her assumptions about my condition was obviously contradicted with what I just told her two minutes ago. After I pointed it out, she didn't seem to be sorry at all and said "but you said you were.....when I asked you the question." Like, I was shocked because that conversation she mentioned never happened. I definitely didn't give her the answer because she didn't ask. Also, when I said I was not sure about where my pain came from, she looked like very annoyed. But honestly why would I even go to a doctor if I can figure out everything. Overall, it made me feel so terrible for almost a week. I have been bothered by my problem for a while and seeing the doctor just made it worse.

Extremely unprofessional, I was always on time for my appointment but the Dr could not give me the same courtesy 15 to 30 minutes late every time. They also don't keep notes on medications or illnesses so you're at square one every appointment, if you like paying to be disrespected and have your time and money wasted then this is the GP for you.

Nurses, Admin and Doctors have all provided exceptional, professional service. Some of the time I have been too distressed that I couldn't talk, but admin took care of everything and soon a Dr was there to aid my very distressed breathing. I would highly recommend registering here if you are looking for a GP. Good Health to you
