   Dr Kolitha De Silva - I had been seeing him for approximately 20 years and had the same continuous medical issues which were never investigated correctly. I am now 27 years old and my life has been ruined by this. I took things into my own hands and saw a private specialist who properly treated me. The cost of my medical issues needing to be resolved is now $32k. Imagine finding that out and it not being covered by insurance because this doctor misdiagnosed me. I wouldn’t go near this medical practise at all and would give it 0/5 if I could

   The service has gone down hill over the years. We are due to travel first week of December so took my uncle in for check up as usual before we travel. Was told by Dr Brown to go to Pacific Radiology to get a check scan anytime . That was nearly 2 weeks ago. Finally managed to get day off work to take him just to get told by Pacific Radiology that they never received referral from Naenae Medical centre. We went back to them this morning and they confirmed that the notification was never sent out which is unacceptable especially when we pay money to see them. We should not have to come back to check to see if you have done what we paid you to do. Do better!!

   My mum went to the same doctor over the years with the same medical issue. Doctor didn’t do anything about it. Now that she’s changed doctor at a different medical centre, they found out it was something serious. Glad she found someone else. That doctor is just not it. Disappointing.

   Fantastic support staff at the reception area, and some wonderful doctors as well. One grumpy nurse, but the rest are fantastic. Very happy with the practice as a whole and have recommended to friends to move to this practice (and they have, and they are also a lot happier with their medical needs being met, and feeling that the doctor is listening to them).

   VERY incompetent reception staff, who cannot complete a simple task such as faxing a prescription for medication i rely on, on time, or correctly. absolutely useless, unhelpful and difficult to deal with, and don't deliver on a service that I have to pay extra for while being blunt and rude. would give 0 stars. My doctor on the other hand is quite good.

   My doctor is absolutely lovely, but she not the best doctor and doesn't go the extra mile for her clients (knowing their history). The reason why a lot of people don't go to the doctor is because they get turned away without a full inspection. Also, one receptionist can be very rude.
