I enquired about enrolling as a new patient. I was asked a few questions. Then got told the practice was not taking new patients & 2 practices pointed out I could try. My flatmate went in a few minutes later, informed he was a patient years ago. He was given a form to go on waiting list. Flat out discrimination. Disgusted!
I've been coming here for years and have been, overall, very pleased with the service.
Have been seeing Dr Gillespie for about 16 years. He genuinely cares, will never prescribe anything that will harm me down line, and is very professional. The reviews below are now redundant as reception staff have greatly improved in the last year or so. Thanks Dr G!
I have had Dr Morrison as a GP for some years now , there is no need to change. He is both compassionate and extremely able as both physician and person . I never feel rushed and he has come through for me on personal issues time after time . His nurse is absolutely terrific and the centres staff first class . I cannot recommend St Albans medical centre highly enough !
