   I had an appointment which took 7 days to get my prefered GP, though I wad offered an earlier appointment with another GP. I was sent for an ultrasound within two days and contacted by the GP two hours later with the results and a treatment plan. A couple of hours later I had all the information on "Manage my health". Great service, much better than all the doom and gloom we keep hearing.

   Few years ago I went to dinsdale clinic. Dr Gordon Tam was super good to me. At that time I had depression and Dr Gordon help me on this process . I not longer live in Hamilton so I am not longer his patient however he was the best doctor I ever had. Thanks to him I still here. He will be forever in my mind and prays.

   Awful Reception Service – Avoid If You Can The reception service at this medical centre is terrible. One receptionist, in particular, has no idea what she’s doing. Booking Mistakes – I made an appointment for my mother, and she scheduled it for February 6th (Waitangi Day, a public holiday). Instead of fixing it earlier, she waited until February 5th at 9:00 a.m. to inform us of the change. No Follow-Ups – I called on February 28th to check on a CT scan referral and was told I’d get a callback. It never happened. I called again on March 3rd, and once more, no one called me back. Completely Unprofessional and Misinformed – When I finally got a response, I was told the CT scan information had been emailed to my sister. Turns out, it was actually about a declined surgery. When I questioned the receptionist, she insisted a CT scan and surgery were the same thing—which is completely false. How can someone working in a medical centre not know the difference?

   I go to see Dr Tam. He is a doctor that is pretty uninterested in me although I have been with the practice for ages and try to build a connection with him by leaning in, attentive, discussing important health issues. He gets annoyed with me because he does not like me I think. When I finished my last consultation with him he did not even say goodbye. He just sat there. Instead of opening up my DHB file up, he gets me to give my medical history and names of my medication that I have just begun taking expecting me to know medical information when he is the doctor and has access to the database. He ends up opening up the database. To use his expertise a little more consideration and understanding. I missed a DHB scan, there was another one scheduled, he gets annoyed, and belts out, "you have a high chance of getting cancer if you do not go to do the scan", stares, he says it like he is about to lose it on me, why bother going to Dr Tam for help. He treats people like rubbish. Finding another med centre. No surprises if everyone else does too. Receptionists are amazing though!

   Dr. Hassan, Dr. Tam and Dr. Bela are all awesome. I had a phone consultation with Dr. Hasan for my twins i was telling him the symptoms and he told me to come to the clinic and see the twins.. he is awesome. The time i put this review was the time i havent met Bella.. Bella is awesome she is one of the best.

   I am not sick often but any time I have had an appointment here I have found them okay. It can sometimes be hard to get through on the phone though. Price for a visit is reasonable compared to some other practices where you pay for appointments

   Cut my losses with this practice, quite hard to work with whether the reception or the manager. I understand covid and flu seasons are factors to being seen but to outright cancel appointments? Only reason they agreed to slide me in was to get me off the phone to then not even follow through with that appointment. Dr Bella 10/10 Amazing to work with Receptionist 1/10 but because she was a trainee 2/10 Manager 0.5/10 hard person to work with so just avoid

   when I see my doctor it’s like he wants me gone within the minute I get there (or the minute we start our call) and he doesn’t even help. the solution to every problem - not that he finds the problem, is medication. This is not everyone there by any means only one in specific but as a highlight the other Dr there Dr Bella is so caring and empathetic, exactly what u need when your not well. Allways does her best to help you - goes above and beyond. The nurses are also lovely and very helpful.
